You are right RC. It is Sandlin & Davidian that is asking for that paperwork. I'll just bet mommy was paying the bill at the HT the other day. I can't imagine Cisco is still paying Brad so he's gotta be getting funds from somewhere or someone.
Actually I view his attorney's as thieves if this guy is innocent. Charging him billable hours to prove he is innocent in the court of public opinion. Don't seem to recall that ever being a responsibility for a defense lawyer until the client is accused. They sure are putting in a lot of work for a guy they want to claim has no worries.
Mommy DID pay the bill. She signed the ticket and BC took the receipt from the cashier.
It is very odd. Maybe part of it is to convince Cisco to get him back in the office.
I will let other members look at it closely, because I know it is not like the one K&B posted. Now THIS receipt I recognize.
What the hey is up with the one they posted???
Speaking of fees for lawyers. I have noticed that the "Cary Clique" who has answered the subpoenas (so far) have hired the same attorney. Wake Family Law Group and each objection is signed by Michael Schilawski. Maybe he's following the case and understands how absurd this subpoena is and will give them a huge discount??? LAWD I hope all of this comes back to bite Brad in the butt!!!!
Two things: I think the receipt from the lawyers isn't the original receipt, but one they asked HT to pull up by the Cooper's VIC number. They knew there was a VIC number for the 6:40 a.m. ish purchase.

Now, Mom, can you go on back over to HT and ask them to pull up the receipt from what you just purchased, and bring it on back and scan it in for us?
LMAO ...... this calls for some dancing bananas ..... :Banane27::Banane31::Banane27:

The video doesn't show him handing the cashier his VIC card..the only way he possibly did this was by phone number..but then he didn't do it for his 1st purchase. As habit most do it everytime..he didn't.
