Here is the receipt with the Tide on it.
Also notice it does NOT say the customers name like it did with Cooper.
It does NOT say 'DSC', but SC.
The VIC discount is aligned, not set off to the edge.

Now THIS receipt I recognize.

What the hey is up with the one they posted???

You are right RC. It is Sandlin & Davidian that is asking for that paperwork. I'll just bet mommy was paying the bill at the HT the other day. I can't imagine Cisco is still paying Brad so he's gotta be getting funds from somewhere or someone.

Mommy DID pay the bill. She signed the ticket and BC took the receipt from the cashier.

Here is Amanda Lamb's video report:

Nothing new except the DA and K & B would not respond. Good for Chief Bazemore, guess we know the progress still defines the crime as not random.

Actually I view his attorney's as thieves if this guy is innocent. Charging him billable hours to prove he is innocent in the court of public opinion. Don't seem to recall that ever being a responsibility for a defense lawyer until the client is accused. They sure are putting in a lot of work for a guy they want to claim has no worries.

It is very odd. Maybe part of it is to convince Cisco to get him back in the office.

Speaking of fees for lawyers. I have noticed that the "Cary Clique" who has answered the subpoenas (so far) have hired the same attorney. Wake Family Law Group and each objection is signed by Michael Schilawski. Maybe he's following the case and understands how absurd this subpoena is and will give them a huge discount??? LAWD I hope all of this comes back to bite Brad in the butt!!!!

Oh I do recall that now. I wonder what other things she might be paying for...

Oh, but I'm sure he's still in mourning, and too busy helping look for the person who murdered Nancy!

I will let other members look at it closely, because I know it is not like the one K&B posted.
DSC? Not 1 of my tickets has this on it. Mine has SC.
Name on receipt? Never.
$2 higher in 2 months? Maybe.
The ********* goes all the way across, not halfway.

TOO many things suspicious IMO

Two things: I think the receipt from the lawyers isn't the original receipt, but one they asked HT to pull up by the Cooper's VIC number. They knew there was a VIC number for the 6:40 a.m. ish purchase.

I don't see how they can account for the differences. And to them, a valid receipt is valid as it shows what they want it to show: valid store purchase, VIC #, banking account, and time.

Second, can we discuss the scratches? The two pictures are numbered 104 and 106 by their camera. Where's 105? Also, I couldn't see a scratch in 106, even after darkening it up a lot. In 104, it looks like a good scratch, but the flash covers it up. If 104's scratch is several days old, then it was quite a doozie fresh, I suspect.

Great observation TG........hope you're right about the discount.....I had posted the other day how I felt bad that the friends, neighbors, etc. were having to pay for legal representation, which I'm sure can get extremely costly, for something they weren't reponsible for nor had any control over.

Now, Mom, can you go on back over to HT and ask them to pull up the receipt from what you just purchased, and bring it on back and scan it in for us?

The video doesn't show him handing the cashier his VIC card..the only way he possibly did this was by phone number..but then he didn't do it for his 1st purchase. As habit most do it everytime..he didn't.

Well, we have his VIC number now. I'd be buying bleach out the wazzoo if I were in the area.

One other thing I was just thinking about. No matter what grocer I visit the cashier almost ALWAYs asks me for whatever the appropriate discount card. Vic Card, Plus Card, MVP card, etc. If I don't have it in my hand I'm almost always reminded. Perhaps Nancy carried the vic card and all Brad could do was provide the phone number.

Well, those grocery buying numbers do a lot of tracking and cross-referencing apparently. If he didn't use his VIC card, he told HT his last name to get into the system and it can show what he bought and when he bought it as well as how, if they have all that stuff cross-refenced.

In this instance, it had to have had his VIC tied to his bank account somehow so that when that account is used, the VIC and name associated with it come up as well.

We have heard this position before: "Everything that Jessica Adam and her Cary Clique heard from Nancy was seen through divorce colored glasses." (divorce colored glasses??)This is a variation on the theme that Nancy cannot be trusted, tells stories, makes up things etc. SH and BC have both promoted this view in their affidavits. What was the example that SH gave, she called a small hotel pool was like an olympic size pool? Sarcasm, I think SH. My point is that only people in BC's camp seem to be taking that position.

JA turned out to be right to be concerned about NC. If she hadn't reported her missing that day, then perhaps those scratches would never have been seen, LE would not have noted that BC had been cleaning all day, and they also may never have known that she did not take her keys with her that day as she always did. BC would have a much better chance of looking innocent without JA around, so I imagine he is pretty upset with her. A lot of us think she was a brave and caring friend.

He doesn't hand it to the cashier at the same time he pays, but isn't he fumbling with his wallet at the beginning, when he places the items to be scanned. It looks to me like he is in his wallet twice or was already fishing it out when he placed the items for purchase.
