Well-I am mad-and when I get mad I get busy! I REFUSE to write an Aliayah Law-but I will use what God has graciously given me to right a law for ALL missing children of the State of WV. Here is the start of it---so much more to go---

Should be a felony –not only to NOT report a child missing in a timely manner, but to also to not aid the investigation. The family would also be required to turn over any and all pictures of the missing child within 24 hours, and dental and medical records if requested. This should be not only for the parents of the missing child but any family members or friends of the family. There should be strict laws and penalties for any individual that not only misleads the police but also any individual who is aiding in the search of the child . The State of West Virginia should appoint a “missing child” s advocate appointed to the family of the missing child who would be available to be the “voice” for the missing child and would have granted to them sufficient rights so that they can obtain the help of specialized agencies that aid in finding missing children, in cases where the immediate family refuses to stand up and speak out for the child. . No family member of a missing child should ever be allowed to benefit financially from reward funds . In cases of donations , the appointed childrens advocate would be responsible for keeping an itemized statement of how the funds are being spent and these statements would be filed in the courthouse where the child vanished in the Circuit Clerks office –and made available to the public when requested.

To LL & RL: We have not forgotten, and will not forget about Aliayah. The only confirmation of her existence is displayed in the two pictures that have been posted on the internet. You must be so proud so see that beautiful battered face of Aliayah on posters all over town. That is not enough, I hope Alaiyah's face appears on a huge billboard placed somewhere where you cannot avoid it. You know Aliayah is not missing, and you know what happened to her. I hope you begin feeling tremendous guilt and that you see Aliayah's face in every corner, every shadow, every time you look up towards the clouds. I hope Aliayah's sad face haunts you, daily, hourly, minute after minute. I hope that with every breath you take, you experience the pain and sadness reflected in the two pictures representing her very short life. I hope there is no escape, that her pain becomes your pain, unbearable until you speak honestly with law enforcement to bring Aliayah home.

This would not be an attorney but lets call them "a friend of the court." They wouldn't have a choice but to represent Aliayah, because that would be their job. I can only imagine how this case would have been different had LL been a real mother and allowed Mr. Klass or Tim Miller search for Aliayah. Also we sure in the world wouldn't have waited over a month for a picture.

Well --there you go wenc. Sounds just about right in this case. But I believe in Karma, and it might take a little while for it to get to LL -but when it does, I hope we can all sit back and watch it. She has but a few short days....she should spend them wisely. IF i was her the very last place I would want to be would be in the hands of the WV Corrections Department, considering her "claim" that she was so abused while in there the last time. And if the "allegation" was true-she has lied SO much ----her word means nothing. So they would just walk. WTG LL ...

Exactly! This is what I suggested about a month ago.. I wonder if the attorney who was willing to represent a quilty party for free if they called him and told where Aliayah was, would be willing to represent an innocent child for free?

As always, thank you AmandaReckonwith! Looking at that recent picture, I noticed how incredibly luminous her face is. She really is an angel. Why isnt that woman being forced to talk? I cant stand this...

It's so sad. I've been mainly lurking in the background, but it appears to me, IMHO, that if she didn't have anything to do with A's disappearance she would be talking by now. Her silence is deafening.

She had all those babies, and now she has none. You would have to put me in the crazy house if it were me. Where is the motherly instinct to protect them? She just let them go?

I'll continue to watch from the side-lines, but IMHO baby A is no longer with us, and there's a pretty good darn chance that her mother is responsible. By mere actions (or non-actions) alone. I feel the same way about baby Sky's mother.

The Baby Sky situation is another horrible example of the "lawyer up and shut up" strategy LL is seeming to employ so well.:maddening: Can't believe it's been nearly two whole months since Aliayah was reported missing and still, still, still no real resolution or action. We KNOW a lot of things about Aliayah's Disapearance and we
know that you know the answers to what we don't know. I am
not accusing you all of hurting this little baby. The person/persons who
did this know who you are.
What I want to ask you is : IF Aliayah is dead and in the water, do you
think about what is happening to the little body. I imagine the fish and turtles
are having a feast on her, ripping her flesh right off the bone, and if that isn't
bad enough, just imagine what the under currants and all the debris in the water
is doing to Aliayah's body. Imagine how cold the water is.
IF Aliayah is dead and her body was just dumped somewhere, I imagine the
wild animals chewing and eating at her flesh. Makes me sick.
IF Aliayah was traded for a drug debt, or sold. What if she is being beat and
repeatedly raped by monsters? Can you live with that, all of you?
I know the answers to what happened to Aliayah are with LENA and RALPH.
But they have been at your house, JO ANN , And if you
know what happened to her, or where she is, think about what is happening to her
now. Do you really believe Aliayah deserves this?
The THRUTH WILL COME OUT.
If you know anything at all, you need to tell the authorities NOW. If they find out you
are lying to them or covering up for whoever done this, you are just as GUILTY and you will go to prison with them. Please if not for Aliayah, do it for yourselves.

Oh Vicky - I truly understand what writing that has done to you. I, too, have had the same ugly thoughts about what is happening to "our" little Aliayah. My heart is bleeding for you. I just asked Randy a question on FB and I'll ask you the same one - he hasn't had a chance to reply yet and don't know if he'll even see it. Did JoAnn ever get "into" the Casey Anthony case ? Did she EVER comment on how Cindy was shielding & protecting Casey ?? Did she EVER comment on how Cindy was throwing her precious grandbaby under the bus to save Casey (the monster) ? Did she EVER comment on what could be happening to little Caylee's body ?? IF any of that ever happened, perhaps that could be the approach to use w/JoAnn because she's taking Cindy's role in all this. AND even "IF" she somehow believes LL's story, she has to know how little Hayleigh Cummings' grandmother was in front of the camera all the time begging for HER grandbaby & JoAnn could be doing the same. PLEASE let me know if I can do anything altho I'm NOT physically in Weston (I DO have relatives there). I AM praying for little Aliayah & her SAFE return but, I do know the outcome looks rather bleak w/all the time that has gone by. Hugs to You, Randy, Jesse & Tina.

I have not heard Jo Ann comment on the Casey Anthony case, and I doubt that Randy has either. My heart is ripped to shreads, I have nightmares about Aliayah every night. I can't take it anymore, I had to voice my thoughts. My bros. have tried to get Jo Ann to talk, she simply refuses and gets mad at them. I do not understand it at all. Randy and Jesse have been to Jo Ann's trailor and done major repairs to it in hopes of getting all the children back in one place with family. We are willing to to fight with JoAnn to get the kids back. But I feel they were just being used again for her own gain and not for the children. I just don't understand her way of thinking. We have ALL offered to help her and she still upholds Lena and Ralph.
