Aliayah Lunsford, 3, disappeared from her home Weston, W.V., on September 24, 2011. Aliayah's mother noticed her child had vanished around 9:00 a.m., and filed a missing person's report shortly thereafter. Thanks for keeping this thread alive. I think of Aliayah every day and pray she is found. Unfortunately, I don't think she will be found alive. Let's hope the latest news that Daddy Dearest failed a polygraph leads to her recovery.

The BEST news I have had in a long, long time. With a $20,000 reward out there and STILL noone talking, I believe the secrets to Aliayah's vanishing are kept between Ralph and Lena.

Ahh, the harassment suit. This is what I find interesting about it:

In all, Huntington attorney Mike Woelfel says he has 61 clients and 50 pending cases against the West Virginia Division of Corrections and the Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority, and against individual corrections officers.

61 clients? Like lets all get together and make some money off the state.

If I had the "power" I would replace the word "inmates" with "Aliayah" and hand this case right back to Ms. Lena Lunsford. :furious:

Breanna Kaubish -15 years old has been missing from Upshur County , WV since December 6, 2011. This is about an hour away from Lewis County and there is virtually NO news on her ....it had been reported that she was with a boy from....LEWIS COUNTY-but later they changed that? (i have no clue why)

There is also a man with the same name living in Weston, Wv. I can understand the confusion, especially with Aliayah vanishing.

What really pisses me off about Lena Lunsford is , she "claims" she was abused while in jail, and is DEMANDING that the state of WV make it up to her for NOT being "protected"..while her three year old is MISSING and she could simply give a rats A$$? PsssTTT...Lena, c'mere,..it is YOUR responsibility to PROTECT her, IF she comes up missing under your (not) so watchful eye..the state of WV should have YOU in a courtroom answering the very same charges that you have filed against them!! After all, they were PAYING you to care for your own children!!

Lena Lunsford, the mother of three year old Aliayah Lunsford who disappeared almost three months ago, had a Child Protective Services hearing Monday.

Relatives said Lunsford is trying to regain custody of her six children including twins born just last month.

Demonstrators formed outside the Lewis County courthouse before the hearing.

The demonstrators want CPS to keep Lunsford's children in foster care at least until Aliayah is found.
