I'm with you Tlcox. Many of us long suspected that LL or RL or both of them together are responsible for Aliayah's disappearance. It looks like LL is going to either rightfully or wrongfully accuse him.

Time will tell.

I am hoping that when the FBI has their news conference this week or next week they will have a big announcement of a break in the case, maybe arrests have been made. These two have not fooled anyone but themselves. I wish there was more pressure put on them to tell where Aliayah is. It has to start coming down hard on them soon....like right now! Does anyone know when Lena is due back in Federal Court for the food stamp fraud sentencing? It has been longer than the 8 weeks that was reported.

Was LL on drugs when Aliayah went missing? If so, is she clean now?

Just wanted to add my opinions about this article
http://www.wetzelchronicle.com/page...--girl-missing-6-months-.html?isap=1&nav=5059

""Lena is convinced that no blood relative of Aliayah knows what has happened to her. Nor was she involved in any way with her disappearance,"

Lena was THE last person to see Aliayah alive. So if she is SO convinced none of her "blood" relatives or herself (ummm Lena you are her blood relative, k?) that still doesn't excuse her lack of aiding in the search for her daughter.

And now she is divorcing RL. Interesting. I am sure that he is about to be thrown under a bus. Don't get me wrong, I don't "like" RL. But honestly, RL was NOT the last person to see Aliayah alive LL was. So if she thinks throwing him under the bus will save her, she is WRONG.

IMO when Lena didn't bother talking to her neighbor the day Lena vanished-speaks volumes. She knew that he hadn't seen her!!

BBM How do we know this? From what LL said. Maybe she was lying. Maybe the story of the sister sleeping with Aliayah and all the kids sleeping in one tiny room with a very pregnant LL was a lie.

LL searching for Aliayah could have been where she thought someone (RL???) would have taken her. Maybe they had arguments before this and RL had threatened to do ?? to Aliayah.

Anyway, I am taking everything LL has said with a grain of salt. Her 'eyewitness' account is not evidence in my opinion.

(Snipped by me) Does anyone know when Lena is due back in Federal Court for the food stamp fraud sentencing? It has been longer than the 8 weeks that was reported.

As of yesterday afternoon, no date has been set. The judge on January 10th said sentencing was to be in 6 to 8 weeks...today makes it 11.

I don't believe a word Lena Lunsford says, period. We have not heard Ralph Lunsfords story-except that he was at work..and that he failed the poly several times. At least he took it. She hasn't. Lena Lunsford created this story, put herself as the last person to see Aliayah alive, made that 911 call and has done nothing to help find this little one.

Her filing for divorce doesn't make her a "hero" in my eyes. I see it as another cover her a@@ move. No matter what has happened to little Aliayah-her so called "Mom" has never aided LE in any way. She should NEVER be allowed to have custody of her children back-heck I wouldn't trust her with a dog at this point.

And to add insult to injury, while her small child is missing-she takes her children's food stamps and sells them. Probably for money for drugs or "her needs."

Yes I am angry -Aliayah deserves better than this. All I can say is thank GOD for Aunt Vickie-and her brothers! They are the only ones that care -

I think I will email and ask when I can count on her sentencing date. I think she has been free long enough.

WHAT a PILE of CRAP!! Is that how the judicial system operates there in Weston,....they hear cases when they feel like it? No wonder the town is going to hell in a hand basket!

(BBM) That's U.S. Federal court in Elkins, WV - United States District Court, Northern District of West Virginia.

Actually, the Weston judicial system has nothing to do with the food stamp fraud charges. Those charges fall under the Federal Court system and is heard at the Federal Court House in Elkins (Northern District). Federal Court is a lot different than state court.

Please believe me, I am not taking up for Weston/Lewis County, the Law Enforcement and/or prosecutor does not seem to be proactive there....very unlike where I live in WV. It has been appalling to watch how they have handled the Lunsford case. The citizens of Lewis County need to get involved and elect some new officials.....It is time to Clean House!

Aliayah, we haven't forgotten about you.

Someday, somehow, someone will find you.

Perhaps we shouldn't get our hopes up. According to Charleston WV news reporter Leslie Rubins, the pc tomorrow won't have new info.

She said that on her public Facebook page that is affiliated with the news channel.

"We have found no evidence to support that there was a break-in that led to Aliayah's disappearance," said FBI agent John Hambrick.

In an earlier statement, they said that Aliayah did not leave the house on her own. My opinion: So, if no one broke in, and she didn't leave on her own, that only leaves one other option. She was
removed by someone and RL, LL or both know who that is.

"If we had the evidence to make an arrest we would," Hambrick said. "The bottom line is the judicial system is what it is. We're held to certain standards."

So basically, the conference says that LE and FBI have been working every day on the case. And, essentially that RL or LL did something with Aliayah, but they can't make an arrest. Again only my opinion there. Disappointing.

ALso press conference said that there was no evidence to think that other children are at risk in Lewis County. To me, that statement alone says that they know who did this, but can't charge it yet.
