The judge didn't turn his mic back on when he came back in, but it sounded like he instructed the jury to go back and clearly mark on the verdict form whether they intend to recommend mercy for Lunsford-Conaway.

[/FONT][FONT=&quot]Everyone, including Judge Reger, is staying in the courtroom while the jury clarifies its decision.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]That's just for the murder conviction. Lunsford-Conaway will have another sentencing hearing for the other convictions. The sentences for those other convictions will be in addition to the life sentence for murder.[/FONT]
