This does not sound good for Aliayah. Isn't that property in Gilmer County? Have we been told who Aliayah was spending the night with when she got sick? I pray it wasn't RL's stepfather.

I had a long discussion with someone here about evidence of proof of residence for an individual. Even though you are registered at one address, you can live at another residence, receive mail, have the new address on your driver's license, but you almost have to say "I now live at this address" for the change of address to be valid and in violation of the "failure to register a new address".

So therefore, the RSO can practically live anywhere they want to in WV and still be within the law.

Maybe in Lewis County but not in Barbour County. Failure to register and failure to notify of address change gets them in the clink real fast.

WDTV is covering the story. 5 o'clock newscast just said they moved, WBOY reported at 5 that the address that the FBI is focusing on is 1903 Vadis Road, Alum Bridge WV. The newscasts are still not up on the sites.

The address was where RL was arrested in 2009 for assault, FBI is searching because of community tips. Just reported on WBOY.
