WOW-so that was all a lie? WHY oh WHY do they come out to "help" Aliayah-with a LIE? Makes NO sense!!

This is what the FBI said to family members. There was only a gag order on the media, there was never a gag order for the family. LL told the family that everyone was ordered not to talk, including the extended family. This is a lie perpetrated by LL herself. The family was only going by what they were told.

One of the uncles asked the FBI if it was OK to talk on October 24th, and was told there was never a gag order on the family.

Another thing mentioned was that the West Virginia Fusion Center would be hadnling all contacts with the public. It can be reached 24-hours a day at 304-558-4831 and online at http://fusioncenter.wv.gov .

Also mentioned by the FBI was that the National Center for Exploited and Missing Children was working on new posters and materials with more recent photographs of Aliayah.

When asked if the FBI had confiscated all of the most recent photos of Aliayah, Agent Killeen said that they had not. It appears that this was once again one of LL's lies.

I think the FBI is starting to put the screws to the Lunsfords and any others that may be in their orbit, to try to get someone to reveal what he/she knows.:twocents: Shame it's taken six full weeks to come to this stage but maybe, somebody somewhere has enough cojones to step up for Aliayah and speak for her, since she can't for herself.

Other items mentioned in the press conference:

The FBI has virtually ruled out that Aliayah had been sold.

50-100 people have been interviewed so far.

35 acres were searched in the Vadis area, and the FBI was not ruling out returning to search the area again.

Because it is now hunting season, the FBI asks that anyone who comes across anything suspicious to mark the site, either physically or by GPS coordinates and report it immediately to the Fusion Center.

The media had a gag order, which denied them access to the immediate family, searchers and organizers while the search was taking place. That was the only gag order that was given, and I have confirmed that with two media representatives. That order was given to the media on Wednesday, September 28th when the FBI took over the investigation.

Come to think of it....the extended family has publicly stated that none of them have been in contact with Lena since Aliayah went missing....only the grandmother.
So is LL feeding BS to grandma....or is grandma feeding BS to them? KWIM?

During the news conference, officials also announced that Lunsford family members are not under any kind of a gag order, despite rumors to the contrary.

Big surprise, not! As I stated before, LE would have mentioned a gag order long ago and reporters would have been all over it!

Oh yes, MONEY TALKS!! ---Thank you for the $20,000.00 ---maybe this will be what brings in that much needed tip!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

If the area is as depressed as locals have stated, a reward this large may just work. It would go something like this; someone heard, that so and so said, that john doe knows what happened to Aliayah. LE can track it down from there.

I'm sorry, but I don't think there is any viable excuse as to why no family member didn't step up sooner than 5 WEEKS after the baby went missing, to find out if they were under a gag order... did anyone every care about this child? or are they all out for their 5 minutes of fame?!

That is a bit incorrect. Several of the extended family have maintained contact with LL. The extended family is quite large. That's really all I can say on the matter.

Well, I consider them victims of LL's lies. If you think about it, this is a very unusual case, and by the FBI not making daily statements to the press and not maintaining contact with the extended family, this is the end result. They felt that they were following the FBI's orders.

your daughter is missing...lie to everyone and tell them you can't talk about it...lie to everyone and say there cannot be a reward fund
