Vickie-
Have you and the family (Joann especially) shared the stories of Lena's temper tantrums with the investigators?

  • #1,062
yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes

Lena's dad was a trucker before he passed last year.

Haney Brothers Trucking, an owner/operator company with 18 employees, according to manta.com.

Only 2 drivers according to this, although I guess they could sub out or something. But anyway, someone was asking about what they transport or types of trucks:

Could someone have followed his career path? Or perhaps a friend of the family? I'm guessing her dad worked with them for a long while so they'd probably know others in the business.

I don't think we can list FB as a fact based website.. I'll help look for the obit. I know I read it, but that's been a while.

Yes I remember an Eric Harris being named in the 911 call.. When I first heard it, I immediately thought of the EH from the Columbine shooting.

I agree with you about FB LOL. Anyone could have posted that. And I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers the obit!

Yes, I made that Columbine connection too. Very odd. (though obviously unrelated)

At this point, I don't think we should rely on anything that the mother has said so far as being truth.
But I do agree with you. LE has a reason to say they don't believe she was in the river. and I don't think it is because Lena said so.

IF LL said she wasn't in the river, I wish they would dive again. Anything, she says is a lie, lie, lie. I can imagine the lie detector test. The machine will be smokin. :floorlaugh:

snipped by me.....
That is actually Lena's step father's obituary. I don't think we have ever found out who Lena's biological father is/was and what her relationship with him is/was like.
Maybe Vickie has some information

Well if she didn't, they sure know now - I assume they scour this site for info because that's what I'd do - leave no stone unturned.

anyone remember how old RL is?

  • #1,069
but isn't the owner/operator of GPS!
GPS would have tracked him/her.....especially a cell phone.

don't truck drivers have to keep logs of their mileage? and where they've been.

Cell phone records, yes big time (if Driver has a cell).

Not every driver has a GPS in their truck. If he owns the truck he can just turn it off, no tracking.

Falsification of log records is not uncommon.

Just catching up, is this train of thought related to disposal or abduction?

Be careful Vickie! Prayers to you all! I never underestimate the power of a determined family member who may well be more equipped at times to dig for answers than even LE. People may even trust you more than LE if they may have other unrelated legal issues to hide. Good luck and don't give up!

I believe he is 42. I can try to find a link if you need one.

ETA: oops, CJMAJORGIRL24 beat me to it. lol

I also find that interesting. If they have been together 12 years, that means LL was only 16, and RL 30 years old when they began a relationship. Wow. But I guess it means nothing in regards to this case.

]Reports are that the bio dad doesn't know Aliayah is his. [/B]

The two other missing women are possibly relatives of Ralph's--Marcus Maxine Stalnaker and Mary Geneva Friend. Allegedly Maxine is his grandmother and Mary is her daughter. But someone posted on FB (seems to have been removed or I can't access it for some reason) that they are actually NOT related to Ralph.

At any rate, Mary's son seemed to be the main POI. He lied and said he wasn't near there that day but it turns out he skipped work that afternoon and got a ride to the vicinity. Ralph never seemed to be a suspect from what I gathered.

I believe Vickie stated he just recently learned that Aliayah is his child. His name was announced on the 911 call, I'm sure someone who knows him, told him.

Going back to the dogs (tracking dogs, not cadaver) who tracked her scent to the river.

Forgive me for posting something so unpleasant ...

It was said Aliayah had a bathroom accident while they were at the friends house the night before. After they got home, out of anger or frustration, could someone have taken her out to the river to clean her (punitive gesture) instead of using the bathroom? Went way bad from there?

This is hard for me. As soon as a family member joins the discussion I stop asking questions. I did this in the Earnest Francis thread. This family is in so much pain, I don't want to make it worse! Yet, I know the tough questions are the ones that may lead to finding Aliayah..or any missing person. I would make a really crappy law enforcement officer.

Vickie, I hope you can understand that nobody here is attacking you or being judgemental. Our awesome mods take care of that! We keep asking questions, and keep asking until the person is found. Sometimes the questions are hard, and may hurt. We know that. But the goal is to find a missing person. When it's a child like Aliayah, it's even harder. We ask questions that may trigger a memory that may have seemed unimportant before....but may be significant.

Sharedspirit, I appreciate your concern and I do feel much pain in my heart, But.......I AM A BIG GIRL NOW ! Sorry for yelling, I'm mad at my bros.
( They wouldn't let me go sleuthing with them. )
I can take the tough questions and will. I just want Aliayah found. So bring em on! I will do my best. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK, PLEASE, IF IT WILL HELP , I CAN TAKE IT!!!! And besides, my hubby and brothers are helping answer these questions too.My bros. feel the same as I do.They are my "rock"

We were discussing the possibility that Lena took the kids on their 2 hour tour in order to allow someone else access to the home to handle things. We were thinking more in the lines of disposal......but abduction would fit also I guess

"Her father is a guy named Eric Harris. He doesn't even know she exists," Lena answers.

He does now.

i know you are a big girl but it sounds like your bros just want you safe and may be going somewhere a lady ought not to go. It sounds to me as though they are really great men.

oiy darn! It just couldn't be easy lol.

Do you know if this person has been interviewed by the LE/FBI? or even if there is a strong likelihood they would of been?

yes and lawyered up after I heard.

Vickie-
It probably is better if you and your brothers work as a team. Even if that means they handle the searching and you devote yourself to media exposure. More ground will be covered that way on a daily basis. We know you want Aliayah found, but you are Aliayah's "voice" right now.....and that is the most important job that anyone could do at this time.
I will try and do everything I can to help you get that "voice" heard.
