After all the gag order talk earlier in this case, I found it very odd that the lawyer chose to even bring a "gag order" up......I'm wondering....was that supposed to be a "dig" at someone?

Shaniya Davis' mother did it...She owed for her dope and she didnt feel like having sex with Mario (drug dealer) so she handed over sweet Shaniya. Oh, it happens!

Wow, I mean WOW!!!!!! Why would someone do that? Why would a mom do that? You hear about this kind of stuff all the time but it is still always shocking. To be honest I hope I never stop being shocked. If I stop being shocked then this will start to be the normal in my life and I don't ever want that kind of thing to be a part of normal in my life. I don't really understand the theory that a child would be taken for a drug debt...to keep a child is very expensive in itself and to "sell" a child really can't be as easy as all that...JMO. Drug dealers want cash...not children, and not revenge in the sense to kill or harm a child, as far as I know. Doesn't ring true for me. JMO

Not exactly. When I was little a dealer came in to our home while we were out and shot our dog in the head and left a note that the "kids are next".

Also, I recently got information that Arlin Henderson (childhood friend and 20 year old missing case) was abducted tortured and killed over drugs.

It happens but they generally dont keep a kid. That want to inflict maximum pain on the debtee.

I wonder why he is inserting himself as LL's spokesman 6 weeks after Aliyah disappeared?

After all, the dirt has already been dished up & fled with that horse that's been let out of the barn.

What could he possibly have to say about 2 newborns anyway?

I find it odd that he suddenly pops up like a jack-in-the-box the minute VB speaks out. Does he know something?

BBM....not a word...thanks to that dang gag order. I'm sure everytime he is asked to defend Lena's parenting skills, that gag order will be mentioned. Convenient isn't it?

as far as the gag order goes, IMO, it only pertains to discussing anything that is revealed during any CPS court hearings.
This lawyer is trying to twist it to his advantage.

After a really bad week-it did my heart GOOD to come here and see that the babies have been born and are doing well. I pray that CPS finds a very loving home for these little ones. They certainly deserve it.

And thennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn---the "GAG" order...:floorlaugh::great:!! Lynn, you are right juvenile matters are pretty much already under that order. I think the attorney wants the public to believe that LL may be getting her children back.

That would be because it's hard to make sugar out of S***. You've got to work with what you got and with LL he aint got a lot. I'm thinking this guy is hoping this case will give him some free pub. If the twins were "born healthy" how could LL be on drugs? Wouldn't the babies be addicted? I have not yet seen any MSM story that she took drugs - going with someone to a sale does not mean she was using drugs. Not defending LL but there is a presumption here that she used drugs *during her pregnancy* and it hasn't been proven.

I do hope the babies are very healthy and drug-free. Great for twins that they are >5 lbs each.

IMO...healthy children are born to drug addicts all the time. It is not until the babies get older that signs of the mothers' past drug use shows up. Not only with medical conditions , but also learning disabilities and behavioral problems.
