Michayla's FB Log into Facebook which states that she's a mom of 2. How did she go missing? It's extremely concerning that she missed Christmas with the children and hasn't contacted anyone. I really hope that she's safe out there.

Michayla is not on NAMUS. I checked the WV State Police FB and it's all fugitives and police ceremonies. The website has a missing persons page that is WOEFULLY out of date.

In my spirit of acting instead of fuming this year, I emailed the WV State Police and asked them to start sharing photos and info of missing people in WV.

The Magistrate Court of Brooke County, West Virginia had three misdomeaner cases State v. Michayala N. Baldwin. None in the last 5 years though.

Only the second case is concerning in my opinion. If you read into the case details it states the charge was
1 Count(s) of: 61-08D-04(d)(1): Child neglect by parent, guardian or custodian creating risk of bodily injury - First offense
She was put on probation for six months after a suspended 30 day jail sentence. That could have affected her custody arrangements for her children IMO. Did she have custody at the time she went missing? Like others, I can't believe she'd miss Christmas with her children knowingly.
