Mason City Police say Richmond is 5 feet 6 inches tall with brown hair and green eyes.

Mason Police and New Have Police checked her last known address, but did not find her.

Richmond owns a blue 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe with Ohio license plate GMC6713.
