William “Nick” Daniel, 36, was last seen July 24 at 1:41 a.m. in the parking lot of Go-Mart on Eisenhower Drive in Beckley.

Family members have not been able to contact him.

Nick is six feet tall, weighs 280 pounds, has blondish brown hair, and blue eyes. He drives a red Pontiac Sunfire.

So he just started a new job this month. He's got two boys. Nothing alarming on facebook. He is a member of some yard sale pages....maybe he was supposed to pick something up and it went bad?

Yeah, there was some confusion about the vehicle from several different articles when I first looked. Now it seems he owned a PT Cruiser but was last seen getting into the passenger's side of someone else's car, per a security camera pic:

UPDATE:

Police have new information on a man who went missing on Monday, July 21, 2014. William Daniel was spotted at the Go Mart on Eisenhower Drive at around 1:40 p.m. on Thursday, July 24.

Police have found the PT Cruiser that Daniel was last seen in. Daniel is now believed to be traveling in a red Pontiac Sunfire.

I didn't see any reason for Nick to go voluntarily missing from his FB page. He seemed excited about his new job, said things were looking up.
