They just passed a law in the state of CT to include coercive control as DV. Stemming from the Jennifer Dulos case. However, that is so hard to prove. It's called Coercive Control and is a crime in the UK. I don't know about the US.
He was going to leave her there alone? What timestamp was that where you heard that? I heard him say they were going to each walk in different directions to cool off, and then return to the van.
Spidey sense is tingling...CONFIRMED:
My source tells me Kylen Schulte was working at Moonflower Coop on Aug. 12.
She was not working at the time of the dispute between Brian Laundrie and Gabrielle Petito. She got off work about an hour an a half before.
No surveillance video available at the store.

Ita.I would love to be a fly on the wall in Brian's parents house right now.
interesting... what's worse than being suspected of disappearing your fiance/girlfriend? being connected to a double homicide I would say.....
turning up the heat on BL...
well done LE
JMO
Haven't they been investigating the murder of these two women. If there was any connection they should already know that.I think LE is only doing this to put pressure on BL and they need to investigate every lead.
See bullet points at top of Daily Mail articleLink? I'd like to see if it was a call or text or facetime - if it was specified.
I wonder what that property consists of. In any case I think this is a good sign of cooperation.Gabby Petito case: Florida cops say no evidence of criminality in disappearance
Laundrie, who has since lawyered up and has refused to speak with investigators, was identified this week as a person of interest in her disappearance.
But asked if they could bring Laundrie in for questioning, Garrison said, “right now, no.”
He said Laundrie’s lawyer did provide some property they requested.
The chief said cops were analyzing items from the van, which police seized on Saturday, but have not determined if they have any “evidentiary value.”
WY - WY - Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Petito, 22, Grand Teton National Park, 25 Aug 2021 #2Do you have a link for this, that BL's sister may be talking? I haven't seen any mention of this on MSM or on this thread. I may have missed it.
Another thought that I haven't seen brought up - Where was GP during BL's week long trip to FL? We know she was staying in a hotel (as dad ordered her Uber Eats) for at least some of it. Likely she would have had to be driving the van at that time.
Being left alone for a week doesn't play into the whole idea that she didn't want to be apart from him at all and doesn't drive the van.
Did she just sit in a hotel alone for an entire week?
Who paid for that?
Did she meet up with anyone?
Just to clarify, did BL lawyer up on 9/1 or 9/10-9/11 when they arrived to investigate the white van in North Port?Aug 26 is the Day..........Grand Teton National Park to Yellowstone is 31 miles
Yellowstone is a milestone worth noting.....Gabby should/would have noted that arrival. Which should have been on the
26th........
Aug 30 text would mean 2 days in Yellowstone........You need service to text and if the "No service text" went out a brief
update could have went out especially if there has been no communication in 3 days.
There are a few cell towers.
Aug 26 is the hole in the timeline.......

A lot of anguish in those statements.https://twitter.com/wfla/status/1438591253361348608?s=21
"How could you let us go through this pain and not help us?" #GabbyPetito's family said in a letter to #BrianLaundrie's parents.
"Gabby lived with you for over a year. She's going to be your daughter-in-law. How can you keep her location hidden?"
Here is link to what I read. No updates to it though. WY - WY - Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Petito, 22, Grand Teton National Park, 25 Aug 2021 #2I thought I read that the sister may be cooperating, not sure.
Exactly what I said yesterday. I have not heard any definitive proof of this and as such, the focus should really start in SLC if this is where she was last "seen" by her mother via Face Time.Is it confirmed that GP made it to WY ?
How is it confirmed?
Question regarding the body cam footage (not sure if this was discussed here yet - posts are going so fast) - at 48:51 the officer opens the door and GP was on her phone and then puts it down - as he is about the shut the door at the end of the conversation he says something like "I will let you get back to your parents"..(not sure if thats exact). Anyone else hear this?

An open letter from the family of #GabbyPetito to Brian Laundrie's parents, again begging for answers
It would be interesting to know when the flights home in August were booked. And by who.IMO..This time frame and information is critical, how many days was she in the hotel, do the cameras show her leaving, if so, with anyone and for how long, did she have a typical daily routine/schedule of leaving and returning, what were her activities/places she went while without POI. I honestly believe if he went back to FLA. without her to remove her supposed items, then he had a carefully, pre-meditated plan to return to Utah to separate and end the trip by some means and the Florida trip was to eliminate any or all of evidence potentially incriminating. The fact that he returned home on Sept. 1, did not reveal to anyone she was missing for 10 days (prolly told parents a safe story), hired a lawyer once they ER arrived to take the van appears IMO that he carefully planned the whole thing.
IMO..my reaction to Axon 8/12/21 body cam video:
I took this same trip in summer of 1995 with my long distance girlfriend of 2 years who is now my wife, 8 national parks, 68 days, Subaru, 2 mountain bikes, tent and stove etc... same ages as GB & BL. We had the discussion in the beginning: what will we do if all of a sudden it is not working out and we are stuck in the car together?
They started the trip west on July 2 (earlier counting NY Graduation), they were on approx. day 42 in the van, I believe that this couple had a lot of arguments leading up to this one and now the police are in the middle. He
