Given that he didn't want to drink out of plastic, do we really think he would drink out of a can, let alone leave it out on the ground?!
We do think that if he's alive he would drink whatever was available and forget about his pretentious 'principles' being the subject of an FBI manhunt.

I don’t see any problem with the Laundries buying a phone. For whatever reason BL didn’t have his. Maybe he shared a phone with Gabby. Maybe he lost his. He came home with no phone, and his mother felt he should have one

Attorney says BL left the house with no phone or wallet. Easy to check if phone left at house is same phone recently bought. I’ll bet it is.

MOO: This phone is no big deal and perfectly understandable.

Well, yes … “lost his phone”… lots of people “lose” their phones after committing murder.

Phones are often extremely significant in homicide cases, and very often are the key to solving crimes - from phone pings, location data, photo/video uploaded to the cloud, messages sent or received, even right down to what time a phone was plugged into a charger or taken off a charger (Gerard Baden-Clay), all these things have significantly contributed to solving criminal cases.

That’s why any details regarding his phone or phones are so significant.

Any credibility BL had is gone, he didn't respect or value his girlfriend and her life so why should we believe a word he says about the planet or environment?

Is there police or media at the Laundrie house ALL night? Is there ever a time when no one is watching the house? Could he simply have come back home after the police finished their search?
Mustang is in the driveway and he has a key.

Not true. They refused to talk to her. They did not call her back.
I'm sorry, you're mistaken. At the time, she believed her last contact with Gabby was 8/30. She thought not hearing from her after that was due to poor service. It wasn't until 8-9 days after the last contact that she began to worry and began contacting the Ls, without success.

WOW! Thank you for posting this …. I think this is news to us that the Laundries have been questioned plenty of times by NPPD!!!!! Since when?????? This is why I don’t trust so many of these articles, because some of these “journalists” seem to write whatever they choose with very little fact checking IMHO
From the bottom of the article: This article originally appeared on YourTango

Take it with a BOX of salt. ;)

Why would RL buy him a phone if he got a new one in the mail to her house? Would be pretty risky to bank on her not seeing it. Are we even sure he's got a phone on him?
No, not sure if he has a phone on him. I was of the opinion the AT&T phone was a burner phone, and his parents only have the number. If he left a phone at the house they could truthfully say he left his phone. It's just an idea.

This is pathetic

I agree. I don't know why those protesters think their actions will influence the Laundries' actions.

If that were my neighborhood, I'd be PISSED. I have a low tolerance for loud intrusive noises.

not following your logic ...

The parents canceled the reservation for Sept 1st-3rd on August 31st, the day before the two of them were supposed to go camping. I think it’s safe to assume that they canceled because they found out Brian was on his way back, especially since they turned around and rebooked for the three of them a couple of days after he got home. I imagine they didn’t get much of a refund, if any, by canceling at the last minute. Sure, there could have been another reason, but this one makes a lot of sense. Son is coming home early (and alone) from a trip that was supposed to last months longer, and he’s driving all across the country by himself, so let’s stay home and make sure he’s ok.

I really don't think it would be bright to hide on an island. You've nowhere to run to.

Agree. But look where he left Gabby's body. Out in the open.

(I'm speaking to his not being too bright. JMO)

BL's parents booked him a place at the campsite for the 1st September.
So they knew he was coming home and not staying out in Wyoming.
I think if you re-read the post you’ll come to a different conclusion. I believe they didn’t book a spot for 3 until after he had come home.

They were not originally planning to have BL join them at the campsite on Sept 1-3.

BL's parents booked a campsite for two people Sept. 1-3. Cancelled the booking on August 31. Rebooked for Sept. 6-8, for three people.

So his parents knew on the 31st that he was coming home, but that caused them to cancel the trip that was scheduled for Sept. 1-3.

Laundrie family changed De Soto campground reservations before Brian returned home, docs show

I checked, and you do indeed need to specify the number of people when you book at that De Soto.

**New theory about the phone.
It’s new to me at least!
BL parents didn’t know. He told them the van was too small and they bought them that camper. He was going to drive it back (in their minds) to gabby (his fiancé)
They took him camping to try it out. Then all hell broke loose. They cancelled the first trip bc they weren’t exactly sure when we would be home.
Am I giving them too much credit?

Also

His mom supposedly bought a burner phone. Why would she do this so publicly? What if he stole/broke his moms phone so she had no idea Gabby’s mom was trying to get in contact.
Thanks for reading!

Ok I'm sold :)

I am starting to believe BL’s parents do not know his location. Hear me out. I’m not saying they didn’t help him. Not saying they haven’t heard from him. I do think they may have all decided it was best if they do not know where he is and can honestly say, “We don’t know where Brian is”. JMO

He's (allegedly) a murderer, an abuser and a thief, so I can't see leaving a can on the ground troubling his conscience much.
What people say and do on their photos and social media is very different to their actual lives.
Plus, his actual life is now 'on the run'....so throwing a can away is the least of his problems.

Has it actually been confirmed if she was buried or not?
