I agree!!The following is simply my humble opinion with a few links tossed in for the veracity of my assumptions.
Dog stated a few days ago that the team of dogs he hired are sniffing for "adrenaline" that comes from one being on high alert while in a (constant) state of higher vigilance.
BL allegedly flew home to clean out storage on Aug 17, five days after the Aug 12 Moab incident, and back to Utah on the 23rd where Gabby checked out of the SLC Fairfield Inn near the airport on Aug 24. If this is confirmed, she was murdered just a couple of days later. So, did BL fly back to Utah in order to murder Gabby? And, in order to steal her bank cards?
Gabby Petito's Utah hotel, where she was last seen publicly, was 2 blocks from FBI field office: report

Campsite planning app offers new clues in case of missing woman Gabby Petito
"Petito and herfiancewere in Moab around the time of Aug. 12, the same day Petito posted images to Instagram of herself in Arches National Park. Moab police also responded to a “domestic problem” that day involving the couple that was later categorized as a disorderly conduct incident, records show.
No one was charged in relation to the incident, which was reported outside of Moonflower Community Cooperative in Moab, where Schulte worked."
Authorities rule out link between Gabby Petito case, couple killed in Moab
There is a specific reason for him traveling to FL on the 17th and returning to kill Gabby. I agree with John Walsh in that he beat her, stragled her and possibly stomped on her face because she would not stop talking. Did she know anything about the couples' murders and he feared she may tell on him?
With a clear conscious, I will unequivocally state, Gabby's murder was premeditated. He very well may be a serial killer. JMHOO
He's done several things that I feel were planned well in advance, including what he's doing at this very moment. Other than killing a precious human, his name is now known worldwide just as Chris Watts and Ted Bundy's are. I believe he quite enjoys his notorious claim to fame.
Sociopaths are like that in that they adore attention whether it's good or bad attention. He's playing Catch Me If You Can. The FBI got egg on their face when Dog tracked the Laundries to the campground 75 miles N of their home. Again, jmhoo.
He'll be a fugitive for a while because he planned this part, too.
Since the Big Lie told by CL on GMA has been revealed by Brian Entin, it further shows the Laudries possess a lack of respect for typical ethical behavior most of us live by.

Someone posted his yearbook pages here the other night and it had their photos! IIRC, it was his brother who went to school with them.
This is why specific features should be looked for: pointed ears, crooked front teeth, finger tattoos. Things he cannot change. MOO
With all due respect, I took @lizzied response to be fleshing out potential lesser included offenses. The nuances between potential degrees of any offense. She had a good point, IMO.The coroner ruled HOMOCIDE the day after she was found. Investigators do not care what he has to say IMHO. She did not homocide herself.
JMO...This makes me think of the thing that's said , only 2 people know the truth and one of them is dead. Unfortunately, and I would hate if this happened, (but i can see it), BL could throw GP under the bus in his own defense, making himself the victim (flashback to Moab), or he could plea and avoid the whole circus and we will never know the truth.
IMO i think jury selection or anything like a trial will be difficult due to the publicity. But i'm not a lawyer, Just watch too much Ally McBeal.![]()
I skimmed through the transcript of the Moab incident and watched the video many times, and may have missed this, but I seem to recall someone said they never asked him for license and registration and that they assumed the van was his, since he was driving. Did any officer ask her if, given her hysterical state, that she’d be comfortable and safe driving the van to a place to stay that night? What if they had reservations 6 hours away that night? Again, I may have missed details but if they assumed he was van owner and driver, then why not let him control the vehicle and put her up in a hotel that night given her state of mind.I read here that the only shelter accommodation for female dv's there is a group type situation, while men typically go to hotels. Probably because there are way, way, way more female victims. Maybe they decided it was better for her to stay with all her belongings in her van than to put her into a group situation and leave Brian with the van. No idea if that's what happened, but it seem plausible to me.
My context should have been clearer in that i was speaking about about if he is found and legal implications. . I know that the coroner ruled "HOMICIDE."The coroner ruled HOMOCIDE the day after she was found. Investigators do not care what he has to say IMHO. She did not homocide herself.
You do get it! Because you had no idea he said this and you came to this conclusion anyway. So, yes. Well done!ugh, i sort of wanted credit for this brillance!![]()
Noting:
“We did find some campsites, we did find some evidence of kayaks near the campsites so it is possible that Brian’s out there,” Hadsell said.
The K9 team had to rely on its experience of nearly 200 search and rescue missions because the Laundrie family did not supply anything with Brian’s scent on it, Hadsell said.
“The parents as you know are being uncooperative, so we don’t have any sent articles or anything from Brian to be able to use it as a target odor for our dogs to work on,” Hadsell said. “So, we do what we call, ‘general human scent.’
The dogs are trained to work on water from a boat, he explained.
“And we can circle these smaller islands, if there is any human odor being produced from the island, the dogs will alert, and then we’ll send teams to go check it out.”
It was quickly deleted. It did not claim to be BL's brother. It claimed to be the brother of someone who went to school with them in 2012. Nothing worthy of consideration in my opinion. What? Did I miss one of the L’s? BL has a brother?
He is a person of interest in a high-profile homicide. They are obviously not chasing down a guy purely due to his theft. But the theft ("knowing use of an unauthorized access device with intent to defraud") is intrinsically related to the homicide...of a person who happens to have been traveling for months and involved for years with the POI, who also happened to be reported by an independent third party as abusing the dead person in broad daylight and who happens to be the last person reported seen with the dead person.I don't know. They either have enough evidence to arrest him for murder or they don't. If they do find B and question him, they may not get any answers at all if he has a lawyer.
I can't understand all this chasing around for the fraud charges only though.
And, he happens to have pointed ears, crooked front teeth, finger tattoos. MOO. I should have said that in the post.Yes! Scars, marks or tattoos are usually the key in finding people. Just about everything else can be altered.
I think the person who posted the photos said they were from his or her brother’s yearbook. What? Did I miss one of the L’s? BL has a brother?
Yes. I think there are many interesting dynamics and history that has yet to be fully revealed about this entire case.I might have missed this being posted previously, but I had been unaware that Gabby lived near Wilmington, NC for a little over a year from September 2017 until January 2019. She worked as a hostess and took classes at Cape Fear Community College. I had thought she moved from NY to Florida.
Gabby Petito lived, worked in North Carolina for more than 1 year prior to moving to Florida
Goes with the territory, happens every time, scroll and roll right outa there..I don’t know about all of you, but I’m getting a little tired of all the SM posts that say something like, “OMG, my cousin’s friend’s nephew’s BFF talked to BL on the Appalachian Trail last night and we’re totally sure it was definitely him and we’re freaked. ” C’mon people.
Add “duck-like-walk” & walking with toes facing outwards to the list. This is why specific features should be looked for: pointed ears, crooked front teeth, finger tattoos. Things he cannot change. MOO
They wanted the public to know that it was clearly a homicide, and for the murder to be called murder - the evidence of which must have been undisputedable.
I posted this theory two weeks ago. I am still in agreeable with this theory. I think people are a means to an end for BL. I’m concerned he’s using them as a means to get out of dodge. There is literally no other way he could have food, water, access to media and news, shelter, transportation to keep ducking. IMO this is why FBI is not saying anything because they know what this guy is capable of and he’s good at not getting caught. The following is simply my humble opinion with a few links tossed in for the veracity of my assumptions.
