One thing is for sure, Gabby's bio parents and step-parents are showing the world what class looks like.
They put BL's family to shame. Shame...shame.

But wouldn't you consider that as comparing apples to oranges? One family just lost their daughter, the other family has an adult son who may be involved with the death of someone. I don't think I've ever seen the family of an accused person giving media appearances reminiscing about what a wonderful person their kid is. Their mindset is in an entirely different place, wouldn't you say? Defense vs. offense, I suppose.

When the leaves are changing, people from other areas and from the City do travel upstate to see fall colors. While that may not affect occupancy of all cabins, whose owners have often seen many autumns, it might affect some if the owners are renting them out to tourists or enjoying the fall weather themselves.

Gabby's mother then says that wasn't their main focus - the wedding, the vanlife trip was.

Aren't there witness quotes that Gabby and Brian told people on their trip that they ere engaged? But Gabby's mother had said they called it off?
Things get stranger but then relationships often are complicated.
I don't know what to think anymore.

I saw this news last night just as the thread was closed. I must admit I had a sinking feeling it was going to turn out to be him. Why they have not denied this yet is very curious. MOO

I hoped he would be found alive so he would have to live the rest of his days reminded of what he has done. MOO However, I have since watched a few episodes of Dual Survival and I don't see BL cutting it. MOO. These guys on Dual Survival are true survivalists. They go in with next to nothing.

BL while camping off the grid, still always had food, shelter, and water. Accordingly, as the days continue to go by I wonder more if he is dead, or if he's alive and being protected by someone (who would now be committing a crime), or he's out of the country. MOO

They have BL’s DNA. They can verify quickly.

She did say that, but the witnesses reported something different. And she also that she didn't want to calm down.

There weren't any witnesses other than highway patrol officers who pulled them over. This is about the bodycam footage, not the witnesses at the Merry Pigs or elsewhere.

She was visibly out of breath and overheated. It's obvious that Gabby is overall, a calm person. She didn't have to calm down. She was hardly what I would classify as hysterical, OTT, panicked etc. Visibly upset and anxious, yes.

IMHO as soon as GP mentioned OCD, they treated her differently. JMO.

The headline is correct, Gabby's step dad does say that they were planning their wedding. A small beach one in Florida but that because of covid they had to put it on hold.

It may be too late. SM is dangerous and we have a entire generation now living for the likes and followers. They have no concept that this isn't real.

You're so right, but the money a few people make from being influencers on SM is very real, and far too tempting for a lot of people who are "free spirits" like these two young people have been described as. It might even appear to the uninitiated as easy money. What a life! All you need to do is travel around the country, use lots of cool camping gear, get endorsements, pile up followers.... I think the actual number of people who succeed at that and make a good living at it are few and far between. I would guess that GP and BL did very little planning and research into their chances for actual success making money with this lifestyle. It's too bad they didn't. And then add the tensions that were already there in their relationship..... bad mixture.

I found the identity of the female Park Ranger/Arches visitor and resource protection supervisor, though it admittedly doesn't do us any good unless other searches of her name turn up information we are not aware of. Here is a small bit we were unaware of:

MOO. Surely many people have been wondering why the Laundrie parents would, allegedly, cover up for their son Brian Laundrie's crime(s) in regards to Gabby Petito's demise.
It recently hit me that it's possible, IMO, that the Laundrie parents have other skeletons in their closet (almost literally...) that Brian knew about and he could've possibly basically blackmailed his parents into helping him by saying to them something along the lines of "if you don't help cover for me, I will expose all your dirty secrets to LE. If I go down, you go down too". Just a theory, IMO. What do you think?

Anything's possible. They are implicated enough in THIS mess that past stuff may not even be on their minds. They haven't publicly asked him to turn himself in, I think because they sort of hope that he wont....jmo
