This is not the report from the 911 informant.

In an interview, Rose D. mentioned that Gabby was known to slap Brian around during fights. Unfortunately, a pattern of that type of thing may set up a self-defense scenario. I wonder what Dr. Phil's take on that would be?
If that were an option, wouldn't SB have advised him to cooperate though?

On one of his Bizarre posts I believe he's shown using his skateboard on the sand dunes
It looks like a sandboard to me. A skateboard would drag in the sand?

I don't recall her saying that. Not saying you're wrong but if you could provide a link please if you're stating this as fact.

Re: 911 calls
Right now , in the search for finding BL, I am more puzzled by the 911 calls and LE response to the L home starting on the 10th. The 10th was before the missing person report was filed, before the media and protestors were camping out front, before laundry baskets and flowers were defiling their precious lawn, before there were bullhorns, before Dog was at the door-so why were there 2 calls on the 10th and subsequently, 4 on the 11th???

Iirc on the 10th GP’s family started reaching out to the family of the man that their daughter loved. And that is when I think the *^%# hit the fan. I think that is when the Ls turned away from their phones and said to BL, (something along the lines of…) “wait a minute, G isn’t home after a fight like you said…, where the heck is she?” And having lived with this young troubled couple for quite a bit, and knowing what they had seen and heard, these parents had an Anthony lightbulb moment akin to opening a car truck, and an argument ensued.

And IMO the argument must have pretty bad. I don’t know about most of you, but it usually takes a lot to punch those numbers. The last time my family called 911, I was having a heart attack. So I figure tensions and fear and anger were at an all time high when 911 started to be punched from the Laundry home. I wonder if LE laid eyes on BL during ANY of their responses on the 10th or 11th? My guess isBL skedaddled after a screaming match with C and R ( and forget the new phone). IMO, they didn’t report him missing cuz they thought he’d be back.
then they called SB, and the “stories” began.

I hope Fox has made another FOIA request to get those 911 reports in full. The fact that they are so redacted speaks to me. If that info did not have anything to do with GP, and be important to future legal proceedings, I don’t believe they would be redacted at all.

Moo moo moo
I’m replying to my own post- about FLORIDA 911 calls.

IMO whatever was said on these calls are key to establishing just when BL took off. I think the lawn mowing on the 13th was a big show, a “move along, nothing happening here”, but it has backfired on the Ls and made them look even worse.
They, and SB, didn’t give LE, media and social concern enough credit and thought they could throw any old dates out about when they last saw BL, when the mustang disappeared and reappeared…

IMO there is only ONE reason on the 10 th that they weren’t hysterical that their future DIL might be injured , or lost, or kidnapped, or in need of a 911 call and that is because they knew she was already gone.

And that is why I believe BL had a head start , and took off on the 10th or 11th. moooooo

Which jurisdiction will issue an arrest warrant for murder once Brian is found?

I’ve now come to the conclusion BL is just a punk who has had help on his run - I do think he’s north and the preserve was a “well done”play by the lawyer …
JMO

I'm genuinely curious as to why you think this was a play by the lawyer. What would that get them? How would they benefit by his disappearance? Is it buying time for something? Your post really got me thinking and I'd like to hear more about your thoughts on this. :)

Is there any scenario where a lawyer would advise a client to stay quiet in a missing person's investigation without there being strong evidence of murder?

Just read that Dog hurt his ankle & is suspending his search for BL. Not sure how to embed a tweet but Josh Benson from WFLA is reporting this.

A coroner would be able to identify a fatal head wound but probably not how it occurred, if intent played a roll - whether from someone deliberately getting bashed on the head with a rock or accidentally falling after being pushed. JMO
I'm not so sure - I am sure that pressure causing fractures and the like can be measured?

Thanks for your answer. In short, yes, I do believe that the 'folks asking questions' are harassing. If it is the same people who harrassed CaL - then I have cause for concern. They were not ordinary protestors. They were sent there by someone to get answers. Most disturbing IMO.
They were journalists! Fox news was planted there along with several other media outlets.
They were sent by their employers to get a story is all.
Same as every day.

That is not possible, as an accidental homicide happens during a lawful act.
I am sure that a poster stated that it was included. I defer to your experience! That makes perfect sense!

Innocent people have gone to jail.

Hypothetically, if this were an accident or even self-defense (GP hits BL's arm, BL pushes her away and she falls and hits her head), with no witnesses, how many here would be willing to acquit him based on his testimony alone? With a history of a volatile relationship and the Moab encounter, BL would most likely be looking at a lot of time behind bars.

Sure. Any time the client was (a) last seen with the victim and/or (b) is the victim's SO. He would be the first to be looked at in either or both of those situations. I'm sure some will say he would/should tell "all he knows" to "clear his name" if he is innocent. But I personally wouldn't take my chances on that if I didn't have an absolutely iron clad alibi. jmo

Every lawyer I know says say nothing.
No matter if your innocent
Or guilty!

I am in no way trying to present myself and super knowledgeable and experienced. Just offering my opinion about general laws here.

I am not a lawyer, but I do work with victims. IMO, lawyers instruct their clients to be quiet (or give them specific guidance about what little they can say) in most legal scenarios.
