Nice job...but, there is no ladder in the shots where the door appears to be open. Where the ladder would be is where the door appears to be open.
The ladder is attached to the door, it would have swung to the right in those pictures when door is open and be blocked by the trees.

So at around the 8:40 mm CaL was asked if she knew if they had a storage shed and her reply was that they had a storage locker. Then she was asked if she knew where it was and she said she had no idea.
That doesn't sound like BL came back to empty out an entire condo nor does it seem like it was a shed or storage area connected in any way to wherever they may have been living, does it?
I think there were a lot of things CaL didn't know about her brother. MOO

I guess my take on this is, little by little more info is coming through.
More pieces of the puzzle coming together.
More will come---its just a matter of time.

True. I really shouldn’t be surprised with this new info, huh? Every few days it’s a new trickle of seemingly important info, or a new random twist lol.

As others have noted, if this news about the condo is true, it could explain the trip back to Florida. (Its the claim that the Laundries owned the condo, rented it to GP & BL, and then sold it?)
Brian Laundrie is 'likely hiding in city where dad recently sold condo'

But (also like others) I find it odd that we haven't heard about this before. Even if they lived at the Laundrie family home for a while and in the condo for the rest of the time, it seems odd that this wasn't mentioned.

If they did live in the condo, I wonder whether there were any 911 calls from that location.

JMO
I could see the Laundrie family not mentioning BL and GP living in the condo if it could get them into legal trouble with taxes or something, or if they weren't allowed to rent out their condo, but for the Petito family not to mention it, seems odd IMO.

It sounds like the Laundries have a wide web of properties to sort through, in addition to a large number of family members and acquaintances. I can only hope the FBI is digging through each of them. MOO

Was there actually a fugitive captured in Brian's swamp ??? How did I miss that news ?!

They're probably all under orders by FBI to keep quiet.

Depending on multiple things it's possible that Gabby or BL or anyone else ever told any of Gabby's parents that they lived there. They would have wanted their privacy. MOO

There was. Just happened to find the guy.

Will this help. The pics took forever to do because I had to zoom in the split second I saw the back doors. I also slowed down the YT playback speed rate. I don't know how many frames you get to the second but I believe it's more than 30, and that "thing" on the windscreen didn't help. Then I had to increase the size of the screenshot.

I dunno....i'm trying to see it based on the height of the driver/camera down to the truck, and how the left door would likely open. I'm sure some mathematical genius has figured out the width of the truck to the doors centerlines, and angles of the shadow/opening, whatnot. If that's one of you.. Let the rest of us know :)

I find that hard to believe, especially with GP’s dad also living in Florida. I would assume he’d come visit her, especially if she had her own space/place with BL, and they weren’t living with BL’s parents.

Makes sense, but I think the reporters would have questioned why they have a PO Box in another town from where they live. Though I have always had to put my physical address on my job documents for emergency contact reasons. IDK, I’m not going to take this as a fact until we hear it from another source. Maybe Rose is accurate, maybe not, but it makes zero sense that we are just hearing this now when the Laundries have been trashed for being so nonchalant about Gabby when she lived there. The hate they received isn’t only because BL probably killed her. A significant amount of the hate was because they didn’t care about someone they lived with.

ETA - my wanting another source to verify this info has nothing to do with Rose herself for me. She may be 100% correct. I have nothing against her or anything, it’s just hard to believe this is just coming out. On the other hand, why would she say it if it weren’t true. It just doesn’t make sense to my brain. But then again, why am I surprised with the weird twists in this story.
Maybe we can get Brian Enten to investigate the condo :)

Gabby and BL were going to be married, they could have only been there a short time and wanted their privacy and NOT have her dad or anyone else stop by unexpectedly. Possible in any case no matter how unlikely.

Yes, there is a ladder. It's in Gabby's video, police body cam video, etc. The ladder should not be in dispute imo, there is ample evidence of it.

I agree 100%, Rose's statements i believe are factual. Interesting, Rose her husband and kids actually owned that house, then BL / GP lived with them for a bit, he said about a year. They moved out, GP, BL remained? How is Parents end up down there?

A respectful FYI, you appear to have Gabby's friend Rose and BL's sister Cassie confused. Cassie is married with children.

I meant to tell evievlyOver that the ladder was blocked by the trees, nothing more
