Tampa Division. FBI & NPPD have searched CR for BL, POI in murder of GP. Today, investigators found what appears to be human remains and personal items, including backpack and notebook.

But both parents said it was Tuesday, when it was really Monday. One day might not seem significant, but I can’t help thinking that it was a deliberate deception, the putpose of which may or may not have given BL an extra day’s head start if his plan was to exit the reserve. I wonder if all of these gaps will be filled in after his remains are officially identified?

The (revised) day he left home (Sep 13th) had a significant event attached to it -- he "met" (in quotes because it was a call or video visit) with his attorney. So it does seem kind of strange to me that neither the Laundries nor the attorney caught that he left on the 13th.

The blue tent is approximately 0,53 miles away from where the Mustang was parked.

FBI: investigators found human remains — and a backpack and other items belonging to Brian Laundrie. FBI did not confirm the remains are Laundrie. Says they will be here for days.
