Again, it's really easy to make a statement (written or oral) and have in mind exactly what you mean but still wind up coming across unclear or being understood in multiple ways.
Snipped by me, this is SOOO true!

A big missing piece of the puzzle here is what was found in Gabby's autopsy.

SB indicated early on that BL wasn't talking because LE tends to look for at SO's in cases like this, which implied BL was innocent and this case was headed towards a "bushy haired stranger" defense.

So now we know BL was upset when he returned to his parents house on Sept. 1 and he was upset after the Bethune video was released and after talking with SB that same day. One of these events led to him heading to the park to kill himself on that particular date.

We also know BL took more than $1000 out of Gabby's accounts - more money than would be needed to buy gasoline/food/even hotel rooms while driving back. What did he do with the rest of the money?

What I would like to know from Gabby's autopsy is if BL's skin/blood/DNA was found in locations on Gabby such as under her nails, on her neck, etc. That information would be very helpful in answering any lingering questions as to exactly what happened to Gabby. I'm frankly surprised this has not been released now that it is known BL is deceased. Hopefully it will be released soon to put to bed any lingering questions.

It's my understanding once his remains were found, a no fly zone was immediately issued.
Usually I can pinpoint fairly accurate locations with Heli footage but in this case, I had to go by just media sources.
I do have a second source that verifies BL's remains location but I'm not sure they're WS approved.
I meant during the search...sept 17 and on, or whenever they started the massive search. jmo

I sincerely hope the media does not combine the murder of Gabbie as being the same as the finding of BL's remains. Gabbie and her family deserve more respect than that.

I think it could perhaps have been a gunshot but they don't have the whole skull, reportedly. We'll have to see if they say they found a gun. For dental records, they could have identified him either by upper or lower teeth, so it may not have been intact. If they have very few bones (which it sounds like), they may have a really hard time ruling in or out cause of death. JMO
Gun would be sunk in the muck, Hope they used metal detectors. jmo

Good catch noticing the discrepancies !

At this time and subject to change, I don't think SB is too worried about the protesters. ;)
He hasn't directly spoken to or referenced them ?

snipped for focus.
WFLANow just replayed the entire interview that SB had with Marnie from NewsNation(?) and he seemed to be quite angry about the 'protestors' still outside the house despite news that Laundries son died.
Yes he was very direct & specific. ( I linked the show on the previous page)

Considering that WY law only allows for manner and cause of death to be released; I don't imagine we'll get much more unless someone that gets the information talks about it publicly in some form. IMO

This is an updated map that's been linked many times in here. Can you look at it and see if you think it's accurate?

Myakkahatchee Creek Envt'l Park 10.20.21 - Google My Maps

GREAT Map!
The accuracy coincides with the location info I have almost perfectly.
The source I originally took the location from is : https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10117913/Human-remains-search-Brian-Laundrie-BONES.html?ito=social-twitter_mailonline&s=09

That location is verified, to me, by a second source but I'm not sure they are WS approved.

Attached is the Map image contained in the above article / link that I began and based my pins on later verified by my 2nd source.
This map you just posted is fantastic and I now consider it my 3rd and confirming source.
THANK YOU!

Well, since he's such an accomplished and eloquent public speaker, maybe he can get out there on the street and convince them to go home.

What's that?
North Port Police Reports obtained under the FOIA. One is the missing person report for BL on 9/17 though it doesn’t list his name.

I don't know how to precisely quote something from a closed thread. I did it by "guess". I'm not sure how it will display. If there's a shortcut, I'd love to know.

@Kristin Esq. this is in response to your post from last thread:

I’m curious to know what you take away from all of SB’s public interviews with MSM.

My take, IMOO, is that SB has lied publicly on more than one occasion, and his anger is actually about the fact that we have not believed the lies. MOO. Here are only a few of the documented examples of why I believe this to be the case:

1. He stated he reported BL missing the night he left. He made this statement notwithstanding the fact that a month ago he and/or the Laundries or both, gave the public and LE two different dates as the date of BL’s disappearance which they left uncorrected for more than a week. This HLN clip from a CNN interview with Josh Taylor NPPD reveals JT saying this is not true. (At 3:01)

Interestingly, SB does reveal new information. He says in this same place that the FBI came to the house on Friday NOT to complete a MP report, but rather as a follow-up to a tip to make sure BL was not “in” the house (I don’t think I have ever heard of the FBI giving a POI a head’s up that they would be arriving on a day certain to check out a tip and see if the POI was actually in the house. These things that come from him seem outlandish and just do not seem plausible.) It was when they physically showed up at the house that the Laundries agreed to fill out a MP report. Now, call me stupid but this “defense” of his is actually achieving the opposite IMO. He is saying in a non-direct manner that no MP report was filed until the FBI showed up on Friday for another matter entirely.

Here’s another article on JT refuting this but the video is much more impactful IMO. Brian Laundrie search: No discrepancy between FBI and parents on missing timeline, says family lawyer

2. He stated that LE accompanied them into the Reserve and were with them when CL found the dry pack. We know this to be false from Mike Ruiz’ video evidence. LE was nowhere in this wide angel frame when CL veered off the trail.

Brian Laundrie search: Human remains found near fugitive's belongings in Florida park

3. He stated the parents returned because the Reserve was once again open to the public. He conveniently fails to mention that the reserve was open for a week before LE shut it down, and that they didn't go search for BL, save one night. He conveniently fails to mention that the reserve was not yet then flooded as we know from BE coverage the next week that the reserve was becoming flooded.

IMOO, his national TV on-camera raging is more about himself than it is his clients. He is aware he has a credibility problem with the public and despite his best efforts to squash it he has been unable to do so, and it seems to be infuriating him. I also think this may stem in part from him still being concerned about potential exposure. MOO

What SB fails (or refuses) to recognize however, is that the public did not do this to him. These are his words and inconsistencies and in some cases according to JT of NPPD, his untruths or inaccuracies. They did not originate from the public. MOO His anger at the public and the media is misdirected. But, IMO he is demonstrating that he is incapable of blaming himself for anything.

This is all JMO.
Great, so thorough. I had to copy it, sure we will all be adding even more! For instance didn't he give out dueling stories about which day the Mustang came back home? With the reporter saying it was in the driveway beginning on Wed morning? And one of the lawyer's stories being Thursday? IIRC

I don't imagine that going over well with some people. Between SB and the parents, they created this mess.
Could have all been avoided if someone would have made a phone call to an appropriate person(s) at some point in early September.
MOO
Speculation

I agree. He's controlled the entire situation sitting at his desk in NY. Moo

At the time, I read NPPD'S comment about "in no world" would they have asked the Ls to help in the search to mean "because the FBI was leading the investigation, so NPPD would never themselves make that arrangement with the Ls outside/around the FBI." Unless I'm missing something that guy said that was more precise, I still read it that way.

Again, it's really easy to make a statement (written or oral) and have in mind exactly what you mean but still wind up coming across unclear or being understood in multiple ways.

In reviewing the above linked source material I see that you are 100% correct in your reading of the comment. It was later clarified that they meant it that way. But if you look at the original comment JT was quoted as saying, "In no world would we ask or have any actions like that," he didn't only say they wouldn't ask, he also said they would not "have" it. Which makes it sound like they would not allow it. Which is part of why folks were saying, "as if," and effectively rolling their eyes at was a fool Bertolino was for even suggesting such a thing.

Bertolino said, "[CL] was asked to assist law enforcement in their search for Brian at the preserve today." Did he ever say NPPD? Because why did the reporter ask NPPD to comment on this? And why did NPPD not simply say, "ask FBI"?

In any case, it still shows NPPD was not well informed. If he knew that CL would be assisting in the search the next morning surely that would warrant a mention, when directly asked about it, would it not?
