suspect identified before they knew where to find him. Concentrated on Belgrade area.

39 y/o male, mannhattan, montana. Currently in jail in Montana. Charged with one charge of kidnapping, Aggrevated assault. Use of fire arm while commiting a felony.

I guess I can say now -- I knew about the arrest a bit before it was made public. I still have family in Belgrade and they were listening to the scanner. But not a source I could post. I hated sitting on it and was really glad when somebody tracked down the arrest record.

What led to this man. Did the topper off vehicle help. Yes, it was.

Noticed same vehicle on video footage that matched what victim had said for location.
