Ridgeway case was awful tragedy. This one was good news. How crucial was Amber Alert. FBI answering that it was very crucial to get as many eyes out as possible.

I don't think anyone can answer that because none of us think like that. Not the type of person in this room.

When will suspect be sent to WY for court and when will affidavit be available.

Suspect has NO criminal history.

Information on leading to his arrest in Affidavit

The Car Topper helped lead LE to the suspect

Video Surveillance showed suspect's SR-5 4 runner with the car topper, and later without the topper , so LE knew he had "dumped" the topper

Video Surveillance identified the vehicle.

Yellowstone NP LE, provided video of vehicle with license plate which lead LE directly to the suspect.

LE not releasing the name of the suspect at this time.

The subsequent abduction of two nine year old girls expedited their efforts in apprehending the suspect. That news forced LE to arrest the suspect.

Affidavit has been filed with the court in Cody WY.
