Can't respond with this incident alone. Detailing other crimes.
innocence of town lost in the last year. Cody is not the same as it once was.

Be careful. Know where your kids are, have contact with them. Go over safety so they don't talk to or get in vehicles with strangers. School programs to go over that.

has 2 daughters. would be mad because they felt not trusted. Not them, can't trust people out there. in a different time, see changes that have come about. be on guard and smart.

The subsequent abduction of two nine year old girls expedited their efforts in apprehending the suspect. That news forced LE to arrest the suspect.

Affidavit has been filed with the court in Cody WY.
