I spent the day at a family party today outdoors at a ballpark and as usual, the biggest form of entertainment is just watching all of the kids play, all the little ones toddling and the bigger one who are just growing up so fast.

I was taking lots of pics and it just struck me as so sad to think that Leo and Lulu were happy kids , just like these, running and playing and their parent's pride and joy and now they are gone and all because of a nanny who was disgruntled. It's just so hard to wrap my mind around the fact that anyone could do such a thing, especially someone who had known these children so well.

It's just so senseless and sad that I am practically at a loss for words. The parent's grief must be unimaginable and I cannot imagine what the surviving sibling is going thru as she tries to understand what has happened, where her sibling are and why everyone in her family is so sad.

I have been wearing a green rubber wrist band since L&L memorial.
It was handed out at the memorial to commit to be there for the family.
They moved, and it keeps me praying for them.
I can’t take it off, It is my commitment to always care, and be there.

I don’t know how they will manage this Holiday without Lulu & Leo
I do pray that this season is behind them quick.

The nanny has to have dementia or some bi polar, serious mental illness.

That's just a thought, I don't know what her mental state was/is

That is what I too am thinking. And it was kept a secret.
SO while the nanny was medicated they never caught on....
But me think she got off the meds, and it takes time to catch on to that.
(I mention it on an older post)

Some woman with a "senior" position at People's Magazine is a guest on the show .. and she said "their sources" told them that YO had neighbours and friends (besides relatives) that knew her for 30 years (or so) .. and that she wasn't herself lately..
And those friends DID take YO to see a psychologist (possible just once or maybe couple of times).

She also said YO had an appointment with that psychologist on Oct. 25, 2012 (the day murders occured, basically) .. but she couldn't go (possibly because she had to work that day) etc...

Normally they do... IF you WEREN"T charged with murders though, LOL ... -- here, however, it's a somewhat different case..

Besides, judge gave them some time to psychologically evaluate YO ... and they simply, maybe, decided that it's best to keep her where she is for now.

Keep in mind, however, if LE decides to secretly / quietly to move her elsewhere, i believe, they DO NOT have to tell us anything about it

That woman just said that there were / there are some relatives of YO's who said (or, possibly, claim -- sorry i forgot the exact wording) that nanny didn't do it.

The senior editor from People Mag just said on Nancy Grace that they had interviewed a person who had known YO for 30 years. This person said that YO had told her she felt "strange" so this person took her to a psychologist. The senior editor went on to say YO had an appointment with psychologist the exact day of the murder, but YO couldn't go to the appointment because she had to work and YO was mad about missing appointment.

My question is: where was YO, Lulu and Leo from the time they left the school to the time Songline saw them in the elevator?

Could she have taken Lulu and Leo to her psychologist appointment and that was why YO didn't answer the phone when Ms Krim called?

I really don't see a good reason to keep this killer in the hospital in her comfy bed, being waited on hand and foot. She needs to be in prison. They locked up Andrea Yates after she killed her 5 kids, so why can't this monster be put behind bars. She has been in the hospital for nearly two months now. I don't care what her injuries are, she should be stable enough to be moved.

Frankly speaking 6 weeks in the Hospital is strange to me too.
It does not take that long to test her for Mental Health.
The self inflicted stabs are all sewn up now and must be fairly healed.
The hospital she is in, is a GOOD ONE and every day is expensive.

IMHO this sucks. I am thinking to write to the hospital and let them know that I & others object/resent that she is taken such good care of in one of our better hospitals. Let her be in prison hospital.
But I will wait till next year, just around the corner.
