The DA drives me crazy when witnesses they say they don't remember something and then she repeats after them, "so that's a memory you don't have now". I know she thinks she's reinforcing it to the jury, but it makes her sound like a parrot.

lol..that why I addressed her as "that bird Thompson" in a previous post!

Of course the most important witnesses in this case are criminals for they are the only ones who would hang around ZA or be in jail with him. I think the jury understands that the state had to go to witnesses that were just like the defendant and in his inner circle at the time. They know no upstanding person is going to hang around him. As NG has said 'sometimes you have to go to hell to find the witnesses to bring justice for the victim.'

In many other cases they also had criminals testifying against the defendant including the hit men who actually did the murder/s for the masterminds. These type of people are the only ones who are going to know things that he said while he did his boasting and bragging about what he did to Holly.

I think they will all be believed even JA because other witnesses has supported his testimony. There are just too many witnesses giving important testimony against him and all cant be lying. In fact I think they are telling the truth. Now JA may have sugarcoated his testimony concerning himself but I think he was truthful about ZA and this IS the ZA trial.

Sure wish we know WHO was going to be up as witnesses - I stayed up last night until 2:30am watching my Niners.... my eyes are starting to close, but I want to watch this trial!

Wonder is ZA will testify and ask for forgiveness....

There have been so many people with shady pasts testifying in this trial but I found Corey Rivers' testimony to be credible. He was almost like a breath of fresh air.

Corey, IMHO, was clear, concise and to the point. He didn't ramble.

Nah, remember he has always said he didn't even know Holly and is innocent as a babe ya know.

I highly doubt he will take the stand. If he wanted forgiveness he wouldn't have put Holly's family through all of this trauma. The only thing he is remorseful about is getting caught. IMO

Can I ask something? I get sidetracked every time someone references the DA while meaning the Defense Attorney.
As long as I have been alive the DA has always been the District Attorney. or even the ADA - Assistant District Attorney.

There has been a lot of sadness in Holly's story and out of it all appears Corey Rivers who is defying all odds with what he has been through to step up and do the right thing for a young girl he never knew. I see a great future for Corey and after this testimony I think someone, as an influential father figure, is going to be as touched by his story as I was and help make sure Corey succeeds to reach his dreams.

I think the the Prosecution is putting a nice bow on this now. No way the jury can overlook all of these inmates' testimony. They all line up. Justice for Holly!
