I thought the poster saw it on the news? (ab in area)
I know huh? For me to even think of it makes you wonder just how far a defense team will go. I've heard crazier defense strategiesI suppose they will have to because there really isn't anyplace else to get a defense for such an act, huh?
If bio mom is on the way, my common sense tells me that LE got the results back on the bone that was found on Christy Rd, and it is indeed Zahra.
I would guess, the leg, and clothing. (what she was last known to be wearing)iirc, one of the media links (buried in all the threads) said that ((when looking for the mattress)) that they had a ~list~ of items to look for
fwiw
I think their defense attorney's would be stupid to fight ownership of Zahra's remains.yes and I bet all major news sourses want to have her on their shows.
IMO, mum won't get Zahra's remains until all DNA and LE are done with this investigation.
Mum may have to fight AB and KB also in court for Zahra????

As we seem to have significant focus on this area right now, lets try and stay with the SAR aspect as per the thread title and do some research.
What has the weather been like over the last 6 weeks?
Any major rains?
Is there water data for this river? Can we find out how high it might have risen?
Access points in the area?
1st post but my heart breaks for this child.
Even if you are lazy or unfeeling or just don't give a darn, I can't imagine what it takes to dismember a human being. That is a level of sick that goes beyond understanding. I can't watch gore at the movies...I can't imagine what mentality it takes to consider and execute a plan such as this.
To live in a home with two people capable of such behavior shows this child never had a chance.

So, the creek would be relatively low, correct? At least in this area, before the boulders and near the bridge.

My thinking regarding these boulders, or rock outcroppings or whatever they are, is this: while it's hard to tell how much they rise up out of the creek bed, and assuming the creek flows downward under the bridge, if there wasn't significant rainfall to raise the water level, the creek may in fact, not have been "flowing".
Am I making sense?
Not necessarily - from the map I saw there are numerous losing streams in the area - these can run from quite high to dry depending on the feeder system and distribution.
Don't forget during the Christie Road searches there were tornado warnings out and there was definitely rain - how fast it came down and for how long - I dunno.
I also think that morning they had the fire at the house and he claimed to go out "to interview for a job" until 2:00, he had done some major body hiding or something of that nature. They wanted to have everything set before calling on the fake kidnapping.
BBM
Ah, I see. Hadn't even thought of that. Thanks.
