Zellner Tweets

Well, I'm a female and am following the case. You're right his history doesn't look good. I agree. SA was an *******. Basically raped his own niece etc BUT, I'm not convinced he was/is a killer.

Either he's a borderline 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, or he isn't.

To me, he isn't smart enough to be such a good actor after the fact. I just don't see it. I don't know what happened to poor TH.

She left the property. from what KZ has said. I believe her.
Zellner could say she was abducted by aliens and people would believe her.

As a prosecutor, he should have had evidence to back his tale when he spoke at the press conference. None of TH's blood or dna was found inside SA's trailer, where he supposed tied her up, raped her and sliced her throat, NOT EVEN ON HER OWN CAR KEY!! You get a story from a 16 year old, you should probably check it with facts to make sure it all fits. "Her body was burned so she MUST have been raped" is the lamest "proof" I've ever heard.

SA is not a nice guy and has done lots of evil, but that doesn't prove he's a murderer.
Same 'ol same 'ol.

IMO, people have been on Kratz all along, as it should be. He more than deserves it. First, that disgusting press conference (that was not only highly unfair and unethical for SA and BD, but had to have been a nightmare for TH's family) which consisted of his own sick fantasies because there was NO evidence to back what he claimed, whatsoever. I am very happy that Zellner & Co. are finally holding this man accountable for his immoral and unethical behavior. Should have happened a long time ago, IMHO, because he shouldn't have been able to convict two different men for murdering the same young woman in two different places, and in two entirely different ways as he did. While Kratz is not the only one responsible for how that ludicrous investigation and trials went down (LE and the Media played just as big a part) I say it's high time that the TRUTH finally comes out, and I am very much hoping that Zellner can deliver it. With her being able to successfully do it 17 times before already, my money is on her.
Zellner is not holding anyone accountable for anything. She is just trash talking. Plain and simple.

lol Limaes :p

I'm really hoping KZ will come through. I'm not sure if she believes in aliens or not.

I hope Avery supporters do likewise.

I feel Zellner's behaviour is unprofessional. I guess all those she has accused of wrong doing understand that everyday is a day closer to her being exposed of being "all talk".

Karma is coming for some very deserving targets.

Interesting... You sound bitter?...

I don't believe in karma.

Karma is like religion- in that, it's not true. People are comforted by the idea of karma 'so and so will get theirs' etc. like they are comforted by religion and the promise of ever lasting life.

I wish she would tweet what she knows LOL but I guess we will have to wait until she files something. She seems so confident, but then most defense attorneys are, right? (Unless your name is Len LOL) The only difference with Zellner that I see, is that she has chosen to take this case. SA is not paying her, she wasn't appointed the case, so she can walk away at any time. I wonder if she has someone who is talking, whether LE or someone else 'involved'?
I find it interesting that some posting here say that Zellner is being clear with her tweets. I still find these tweets cryptic.

I understand that any real evidence will have to be presented in court and not in tweeter land so that will explain why Zellner can't publish any exculpatory evidence at this time.

It also means that all of her vague claims are not substantiated yet.

I have always believed in SA's innocence due to the obvious FLAWED investigation, among many other things.

The NUMBER ONE REASON I WANT THE TRUTH EXPOSED;

THE REAL KILLER IS GETTING AWAY WITH MURDER. IF LE DID PLANT ANYTHING..THEY TO, ARE GETTING AWAY WITH A TERRIBLE CRIME.

It isn't because I am NOT #TeamTeresa as implied because I am a " female " SA " supporter "

It is because I believe in doing what's right. All I know is THIS case. ( in regards to SA ) Front to back, inside and out. MURDER, he should NOT be serving time for, IMO.

IMO, someone is getting away with killing poor Teresa and MUTILATING her bones.
I would like to see the individual(s) punished,

#TeamTeresa

To get back on topic I will put my question in another thread.

If Zellner had proof of innocence, she wouldn't be after the technicality.

Nobody has to prove their innocence. Zellners job is to prove the trial was a sham which she will prove. Hopefully she will shed some light on who is responsible and the corruption within both the prosecutors office and LE. Any proof of innocence would just be a bonus.

Maybe you are confused as to how the justice system works in America?

I think it would be irresponsible of Zellner to not look at all aspects of the investigation, trial, and yes, technicalities. She doesn't have unlimited chances to file motions, from what I understand about how she handles cases, she goes through it all and raises any and all issues.

I didn't watch Dream Killer, so maybe someone who has, could enlighten me on this, because that is what I am reading elsewhere about Zellner.

I have watched it, missy, and yes, she said (paraphrasing, here) that the way she approaches her cases is that she takes on every part of the investigation and piece of evidence, because only then can the real truth be reached. She also stated that she views her cases as like she is going to war, because the opposing side will try and put obstacles in her way sometimes (delaying filings, etc...). I can see where her way of defending her clients might be able to pinpoint the actual perpetrator in her wrongful conviction cases, because it seems like she does a full on, in-depth investigation of the crimes in order to prove her clients innocence, JMO.

Excellent description re the way Zellner views her cases.

I your last sentence, I couldn't agree more:highfive:

You are correct CoolJ, she will prove the trial was a sham. IMO

Looking forward to the day:happydance:

Looks like ol' Kathy disagrees with you.

She keeps tweeting about all the evidence she has. Getting him out on a technicality goes against everything she has claimed up to this point.

BTW, if you're resorting to personal insults to me, then I shall take it you're feeling insecure about your view point.
