ZFG Civil Case: Casey's Deposition #2

The thing that bothers me the most about this totally outlandish deposition is that Greene is going to release the video to the public, after arguing that fca's could not be released.

There is no reason I can think of that could explain a 12 hour session. I can't post what I think of this "person".

Bullying. Sheer bullying and one upmanship. Win through intimidation and humiliation. Releasing the depo for view is meant to humiliate ZFG, while FCA continues to skip through the daisies. He wants to make it an ordeal until she cries "uncle". Imagine using the law like a battering ram. Amazing.

Maybe we'll see a Judge who will argue back - what is good for the goose is also good for ZFG....How the heck would she justify such inequality to do otherwise?

p.s. - I hope this judge got Jeff's book as an early Christmas present...and has read it...:innocent:

Or maybe he will be obsessed with timelines and appeals issues instead of justice...let's hope not!

This was Atty Green's deposition of ZG, not M&M. The location has no bearing on who does the deposition and the responsibility to pay the recorder belongs to Atty Green, not Morgan. If Atty Green requested the video it would also be his responsibility to pay for it, not Morgan's. jmo

Unless FCA claims to be indigent again and the State has to pay, then I guess Green would have to pay for it out of his own pocket since she doesn't have any money. :furious:

I don't know if she can declare indigence on a civil case like this, but if not and the money is paid for the recorder or any depo fees, I hope the PO dept, the IRS and the State are watching for this. Can the State challenge her indigent status for the lying appeal?

Money to defend and support her is the same as giving money to her to pay her expenses. She would be getting income from some source and she's not reporting it. Just because they do not trust her to handle her own money doesn't mean she doesn't have some coming in.

I agree...
In JA's book he writes that it amazed him how much havoc Casey's lies created on the normal lives of so many other people.

None the less it is a legitimate question and typical in a case like this.

When you are suing someone for economic damages due to lies seeing a doctor is not relevant to why you would be suing, IMO. If ZG lost her job I would think the last thing on her mind would be running up medical bills. ZG is not mentally or emotionally ill nor does she appear to be suing for that. jmo

Wow - that was short but very powerful and difficult for me to watch that much pain - so unfair...

And I did NOT like Mr. Greene's snake in the grass voice while he was questioning her...

Yes, being questioned by someone like him for 12 hours+ would be traumatic
in itself. Something he would not permit his own client to have to endure...

I agree that it was very difficult to watch because it brought tears to my eyes. From the bit it showed, I wanted to just cheer ZG on as she was able to hold her own with Green's stupid questioning even though she is still suffering greatly from the vicious lies FCA told.

Green didn't seem to understand the concept of why a mother would love and want to protect her children. I guess that's why he is defending FCA.

His method is to try and belittle and insult her, so he fits right in with the A's and the whole DT..

I just watched the video and after only seeing that little bit of her deposition I am finally convinced that she has a legitimate case. Yes, early on I had my doubts about bringing forward this suit, but what I just saw was "truth", unequivocal truth. This woman has been injured by Casey's lies...and I for one would love to hear from Casey's own mouth, "why"...why Zenaida? For those who doubt that this is THE ZFG...there will be no convincing. But, IMVHO there is a connection between this woman who signed the visitor's card at Sawgrass Apartments and Casey's "kidnapper". Casey never did say it was a lie. She stuck with that story to the very last word WE heard...the very last word her parents heard...the very last word the world heard. The only one who told us otherwise was her attorney...and IMPO...his version of events was the biggest lie of all.

I was thinking about this today..what if someone announced that someone named Strawberry :giggle: had kidnapped their child, and named the apartment I used to live in, or my place of work as the place of abduction. Think about someone announcing your name with an location that is tied to you. I would be livid. I had my doubts too but when I think of it this way it must have really been traumatic. Especially with an unusual name.

Exactly! I saw it with my own two eyes- Casey fingered this woman in writing by name in the police report as the kidnapper and Cindy perpetuated the lie on national TV! If that isn't harm- slander and libel, I don't know what is!:banghead::banghead::banghead: Casey never came out publicly and cleared her name, only muddied the waters by saying this isn't the ZF-G I was talking about!!! Clearly this had to be the woman Casey was basing her lies upon, and she was harmed- her reputation was damaged, she lost jobs, she got death threats...
