Did I miss something?
It doesn't say anywhere that Morgan and Morgan were not allowed at this hearing.
They are not mentioned in the article but I assume they were in attendance.....Can a judge call a hearing and exclude the plaintiff's attorney's who filed the motion???
The article does state that Texas EquuSearch's attorney would not appear or participate in the proceeding.

I was looking for the news article, but I can't readily find it. This in camera hearing came about after the last ZFG hearing. TES teamed up with the ZFG suit in their effort to get FCA to have to answer questions in her deposition, as TES would be doing the same thing, setting up a deposition for FCA, and they wanted to put their 2 cents in as to why FCA should have to talk. TES joined with ZFG case because they would also need the same issue decided when they go forward. I remember at the last hearing, at the end, FCA's attorneys told Munyon they would like to tell her in a private proceeding as to why FCA should be allowed to take the 5th in BOTH cases, and then Munyon scheduled this en camera hearing. Does anybody else remember that? I don't know all of the exact legal jargon, but that is why Morgan&Morgan are not there.
IMO, MOO, etc.
