According to ACandyRose timeline she did ping in that vicinity on that evening:

=============================================
[June 17]
Ping 12
9:39 pm - 12:31 am on June 18

Orlando Airport

Anthony's Home

Anthony Lazarro

Ricardo Morales & Amy Huizenga

Jesse Grund Parents House

Tony Rusciano

Lee Anthony

Sawgrass Apartments
=====================================

So you think she saw ZFG's car or the visitor card at Sawgrass sometime in the middle of the night?

The inmate managed to make almost $300,000, isn't that why the IRS is coming after her? I think this lawsuit is stupid too. UGH! It's a made up name, get over it. If Casey had said joan smith stole her child, would every Joan Smith have a lawsuit?

If every Joan Smith got dragged into the investigation and got death threats and could not get jobs, yes.

Morgan admitted that Casey did NOT point the finger at this particular innocent person. Obviously was Casey did is way wrong, but she did not do it to this woman.

I don't recall that CW. Do you have a link?

Homeowner's policies cover everyone who resides in the house and sometimes have an endorsement for personal injury which includes judgments for slander/libel/defamation of character.

I had heard that the A's didn't take that option (no linky). Mine only covers someone who falls or gets hurt. Don't forget Florida is a Homestead Act state. Someone can sue you and they can't take away your home. So they may have been able to get away without it. jmo

The fact is ZG's attorneys gave ICA several chances to say ZG was not the nanny.
She refused.

Guess she was busy in her tiny cell plotting her defense and who she could blame and what lies she could come up with.

So you're saying that Casey intentionally did not use the name on the card because it didn't fit with her previous stories, right? Then how can you claim that she targeted this particular Z?G?

Because a random letter stuck in front of a name on a handwritten application is not proof of anything.
Besides, my husband uses his middle name as his first name, and he occasionally uses his first initial in the front. For example;

G Constantine Roth
Constantine Roth

So BOTH those names are his. [ not really, I changed them obviously]

But if someone accused CONSTANTINE ROTH of murder, it would not matter if the letter G was stuck upfront or not.

My DH gets mail, checks, correspondence BOTH ways.

I think this is what JB wanted AH to do was drop the fraud charges and "get over it." I'm glad Amy went forward and did the right thing. jmo

Oh I'm sorry I was talking about ZG, not amy. If I was Amy, I'd want my money back from this cow too.

I must be confused because didn't you post a few pages back that you didn't understand how Morgan could possibly get money from the homeowner's insurance and now you have heard the A's didn't have that option that you weren't even aware of a few posts ago?

She had friends who lived there and I also heard she was 'friendly' with the manager. If she went to pick up an app or something she could have seen the card. Plus 9:30 is not really the middle of the night. She could have easily seen the apt manager or gotten into the trash can looking for app names at that time. It was probably the perfect time actually. No one around and the trash out in the hall for pick up. Who knows with her?

The point is, if Casey were targeting this particular Z?G, she would have used the name exactly as it was on the visitor card. She did not say C Zanaida Gonalez kidnapped Caylee. She accused Zanaida Fernandaz-Gonzales. Totally different person.

Z?G's visitor card was not thrown in the trash in the hallway.Surely if Casey had gone that late at night to pick up an application the manager would have remembered it and mentioned it to the police.

Is it at a time the Sawgrass Office is open?

She could have gotten the app from a trash can set out for the janitors. She could not get it from a manager while the office was open. They would never give her personal info like that. I think she found it in a trash can or it was left out somewhere.

I read somewhere a long time ago that she hung out there a lot with her 2 friends who lived there. So she was probably 'friendly' with the management and staff because that is how she rolls. So she could have talked her way into the office.

My friends apt. office is open in the evenings 2x a week because that is when the tenants are home.

Thats how she rolls? Most of her friends were imaginary!

The visitor card was not in the trash, it was in the manager's office.

You don't know that. Maybe she threw one away after redoing it. I do that all of the time when I have to fill out forms by hand. The mgr would not even KNOW there was one in the trash.
Casey was a thief and a con artist and she made a living by identity theft. If she had seen an application full of personal info she would have stolen it.

Casey did rule out this particular ZFG, when she was shown her picture while still being questioned at Universal.

Then she told CA on July 25th 2008 (it is on tape) that she had not been shown any photo of her and did not rule her out. CA testifies during her depo that when she spoke publicly about THIS Zanny she was authorized by ICA to do so.
http://www.forthepeople.com/Zenaida_Proffer_in_Support_of_Punitive_Damages.pdf

page 3. ICA calls her the Zenaida down in Kissimmee. Doesn't get much clearer than that. She was still trying to blame her ....

I'm beginning to think that some folks are worried that backlash will keep certain players from making gobs of money.

Just MOO, of course. :crazy:
