Bottom line is the lawsuit is going ahead regardless of anyone's opinion on whether it has merit or not. Casey Anthony has been subpoenaed to attend, she will either show up or not show up. This lawsuit has been ongoing for nearly 3 years and will come to a conclusion one way or another. What's interesting to me is how Casey Anthony pays her lawyers fees in this matter but I guess they were probably counting on Anthony hitting pay dirt after her trial. Anthony herself could have cleared this matter up years ago but didn't - you have to ask why.

You don't know that. There easily could have been a 'messy' one that Zenaida threw out. I do that all of the time.

Sure does make me ask why.
It would have only taken a few minutes for her to answer those questions.
But she couldn't because the DT's theory wasn't complete yet and they didn't know if they would need to use this ZG for their defense or not.

So, ZG was not cleared by ICA so there was always questions out there. She did suffer from this. ICA could have stopped it but she refused to.

Then she has people she USES, like those who might help her somehow. An apt. mgr would be at the top of her list at that time.

I've been watching Cindy's (Morgan and Morgan) depo again and something hit me in the face - if Casey told both the Anthony's they were crashing the night at Zany's on 16 June then why did Casey put in her statement (15 July) that she went to go and pick up Caylee after work at 5pm (thus no crashing) and no one was there? - Guess neither George nor Cindy picked up on this. It's interesting watching those depos again.

I've always looked at this lie about Zenaida as similar to the one about Jeffery "Michael" Hopkins......Casey Anthony took two real people and added a fictional middle/hyphenated name. I'm amazed that Jeffery Hopkins never took any action against Casey Anthony.

Interesting that they didn't officially admit the Zanny the Nanny story was lies (in private)until a few weeks before the trial,and as far as the public were concerned they admitted it with the OS....
I'm sure they spent many months figuring out a way they could 'prove' this hapless lady had something to do with murdering Caylee,then drawing a blank settled for the GA as a softer target. JB does NOT want to take on JM.

Casey says they did not show her a picture of the ZG from Kissimmee that she's accusing. We know they DID show her a picture of the ZG who is suing. IMO, that works against ZG's case, not in her favor.

No one knew KC had been shown a picture, it was an ongoing investigation at that time. What the public did hear was CA going on TV broadcasting that KC was not shown a picture of this woman by LE. That is when the threats began. CA also said everyone needed to get off their AZZ's and look for this child. This is where the problem lies. CA was acting as an agent for her daughter to spread a falsehood. LE came forward after CA and said KC had been shown a photo of ZG and she did not recognize her as the nanny. By that time the damage had been done, imo.

You don't know that. Maybe she threw one away after redoing it. I do that all of the time when I have to fill out forms by hand. The mgr would not even KNOW there was one in the trash.
Casey was a thief and a con artist and she made a living by identity theft. If she had seen an application full of personal info she would have stolen it.

ZG did not fill out the visitor card, the manager did. He would know if he threw one away. Do you really think that Casey showed up after the office was closed, and started digging through the trash for some unknown reason, and just happened to come across a visitor card that was filled out and discarded with the name ZG on it? I've never been inside an apartment building that allowed people to place their trash bags in the hallways. Wouldn't that be against the fire codes?

What a really good point. I must confess, I never picked up on it either and I've been following this case since day 1.

The apartment manager gave a statement. The friend of KC's that worked in the office refused to talk with police. I do not know if they were ever able to get a statement but maybe JM was able to get one. jmo

Not to my mind; she makes up characters to convince others of her lies.
When you use 'imaginary' the connotation is that they are just harmless creatures she thinks up to amuse herself or fill a gap in her life- on the contrary, they are purposefully devised to manipulate and con others.

Cindy said they stopped looking for ZFGs 6 weeks before the trial started. If they believed it was the suing Z?G, why would they still have been looking for others?
