No, because the C was meaningless. Especially because she had already been telling people the name Zanny. So she could not use the C. She just took the rest of the name.

She always twists the truth. Since when would she use the whole truth about something?

The apartment manager gave a statement. The friend of KC's that worked in the office refused to talk with police. I do not know if they were ever able to get a statement but maybe JM was able to get one. jmo

I think CFCA could have been shown 1000s of pictures and she would have never admitted any of them were THE Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez. She didn't want any ONE person fingered as Zanny the Nanny for the same reason she was mad that LE wasn't searching databases as far away as New York - she needed time to spin more mis-truths, half-truths and straight up lies. :twocents:

I think if you go into the threads that hold the court testimony you will see the videos. Not sure what day it was. KC tells CA on the jailhouse video. I'm not sure where the video is with CA talking with reporters but if you wait a few weeks you can watch it livestream through Morgan and Morgan.

We've all seen it here pretty much early on in the case and played over and over and over again on NG.

It's been common knowledge to us who have been here the past here 3 years so maybe someone else may be able to put their finger on it. jmo

Sure does make me ask why.
It would have only taken a few minutes for her to answer those questions.
But she couldn't because the DT's theory wasn't complete yet and they didn't know if they would need to use this ZG for their defense or not.

So, ZG was not cleared by ICA so there was always questions out there. She did suffer from this. ICA could have stopped it but she refused to.

The only thing Casey Anthony has ever admitted liability to was stealing Amy's money and she took that to the bitter end, she could have ended that matter a year and a half earlier but didn't - so wasted the courts time, the prosecutors time - and all the while trying to get Amy's phone records for a period of 6 months, no doubt in the hope of digging up some dirt on Amy. Casey Anthony is just a revolting human being helped along by other revolting human beings - maybe this lawsuit is the universes way of forcing her to justify her lies to the public in a way that the trial could not do.

I've not yet seen a way in which Casey Anthony will be able to slither out of the depo with Morgan and Morgan but I'm not getting my hopes up that she will actually show up, if she does I will be officially shocked!

Cindy said they stopped looking for ZFGs 6 weeks before the trial started. If they believed it was the suing Z?G, why would they still have been looking for others?

I would like to see some objective proof that CA/GA were ever looking anywhere for anyone other than some poor sap to blame it on.

He would know if it was in the trash for her to take. At no time does he say he made a mistake on the visitor card, threw it away, and started over. It's not in any police reports, it's not in any statements, it's never been claimed by anyone. A jury has to base their verdict, in this case judgement, on the facts, not on imaginary scenarios that have no basis.

I think the point was they most likely just SAID they were still looking.

Just like they SAID they thought Caylee was still alive even after they cremated her body.
