Thank you for this post. I hope your mom (and you, and your bird) are OK. P.S. I need to hear 1D plus the DP. And I'm a bleeding heart.

TY 2. I'm not, but I'm thinking blue (in a very good way).

Just think of all those who aren't wearing TA avatars (for whatever reasons) but still carrrrrrre...and those who can't be online now (again, for whatever reasons). :heartbeat: It's huge and pretty much unanimous.

Animals are people, too. I think he may have been traumatized, even tried to help, but there was that gate. Animals are very intuitive, so I think he knew what happened. :( I don't want to think about this anymore. :sigh: Bless Deanna for taking him in. I'm sure they give each other...

a view from the inside: observations from our own court observers #9

I'll be shocked and extremely disappointed if JA doesn't get the DP. If ever a case deserved it... Blessings to Travis's family and friends, and to our court watchers. :blowkiss:

I've been watching from a distance (RL and computer issues). I feel that the jury will bring justice for Travis (mostly from KCL's and PASA's observations, also others', sorry to not mention the names; and intuition...but is it just wishful thinking? ARGH)

So, they will not begin deliberating until Monday?

Is the jury working all weekend? Are they sequestered? Serious but uniformed questions.

    CA CA - Bob Harrod, 81, Orange County, 27 July 2009 - #15

If the morning phone call wasn't actually Bob... I think a blood relative would have more success with faking Bob's voice to someone who knew him. (ever listen to genetically related musicians, vocals especially, but even on other instruments?) Just a thought.

Up to 29% horse DNA found in beefburgers in UK and Ireland supermarket chains

Maybe not the rite thread, but I think this is a serious topic. I was devastated to hear, from someone who works for someone who breeds horses, that the horse breeding market won't "come up" until "they start slaughtering horses for their meat". WTF? Was this a "visionary" comment, or a jaded...

    CA CA - Bob Harrod, 81, Orange County, 27 July 2009 - #14

Home Depot (and other such stores, and hardware stores) copies keys, no questions asked. If anyone had Bob's keys, a copy could be easily made, and then Bob's keys were disappeared. I wonder what, if any, Home Depot security videos showed, and even if there was anything found on them, due to...

a view from the inside: observations from our own court observers #5

Haven't been online since early this morning...came here to plead (humbly and beggingly) for a quic,k synopsis... Silly me. :) Just call me "Grasshopper". ;) Thanx, KCL, for the future update. I'm sure you know that we all (well, almost all) appreciate your (and PASA's, and other court...

WOW! Thanx! Hope someone can put it on you tube. zwiebel (especially) is going to be SO excited, as we all will be.

Thanx all. (but in a reasonably expectable world, not even close to a freakin' ideal world, shouldn't Search work? especially Advanced Search? never mind) :)

a view from the inside: observations from our own court observers #4

Earlier today, I tried to use "Search Thread" for katie's posts, and came up with nada. No posts, zero, nada. Even tho I had read some of hers earlier, the old-fashioned, linear, and time-consuming way. So there is something malfunctioning with that "Search Thread" feature. Just saying. :)...

Oh, katie. :) I'm in catchup mode and loving your posts. Thank you! But it's not a full moon yet. :). It's just over half full. Maybe you meant that as "it sure seems like it" with the various craziness.

KatieCoolady Holds 'Court' - The Dedicated KCL Thread

I'm sure my cats will enjoy me walking around home doing variations of the chin-grab and the full-length pose that DRDJ and Janine did...I'm calling that one the "here I am!". LOL. Too tired to stay up for the notes, and I still have pages of JA's time on the stand to read, but I snooped ahead...

KatieCoolady Holds 'Court' - The Dedicated KCL Thread

A little sychronicity...cool. There's been much joking in the regular court thread about the papal white smoke and JA's fog. Everyone is so frustrated with her, Nurmi and even the judge.

Awesomely cooooool pic!!! :) Were you mimicking the men in the jury who have been doing the "thinker pose" (per your reports, KCL)?
