The Bexar County District Attorney’s Office has not said if that will also include the couple’s unborn child.

Christopher Preciado, 19, was indicted on charges of Capital Murder – Multiple Persons and
Capital Murder – Child Under 10, Capital Murder – Underlying Robbery, three counts of Tampering with a Human Corpse, four counts of Tampering with Evidence, and three counts of Abuse of Corpse.
The punishment for Capital Murder is life without parole. Tampering with a Human Corpse is asecond-degree felony punishable by 2-20 years in prison. Tampering with Evidence is a third-degree felony punishable by 2-10 years in prison. Abuse of Corpse is a state jail felony punishable by 180 days to two years in a state jail facility.
Ramon Preciado, 53, the father of Christopher Preciado, was indicted on three counts of Tampering with a Human Corpse, two counts of Tampering with Evidence and three counts of Abuse of Corpse.
Myrta Romanos, 47, the mother of Christopher Preciado, was indicted on three counts of Tampering with a Human Corpse, three counts of Tampering with Evidence, and three counts of Abuse of Corpse.
Three suspects in the shooting deaths of pregnant teen Savanah Soto and Matthew Guerra were indicted by a Bexar County grand jury on Wednesday.
