Too much of a coward to commit suicide.
It will be more like 2 tickets to somewhere hot and remote before or during his trial..
What a hook !!

"Aand... an accompanying cross-aisle Regal Class ticket goes to ... ? ?

Awwwww @kittythehare. Don't be coy. And please don't duck and share with your fans that two tickets were required by the airline for a double-wide space for His increasingly Royal Corpulence.
Still, as for a real-life, mutually-relocating companion...well...why does something like Ben Franklin's "Three can keep a secret if...", come to my mind?
And in BarryWorld, why would not an analogous "Two can keep secret if the other of them disappears" give slight cause for concern?
So who can we see runnin' with the B if he does a runner?
Anyone?
Anyone?

I disagree. He was a planner. And, he is a horrible person, but I can't call him an idiot. The reason he is not behind bars is because some things he plans well. He invested into a good lawyer, for one. He eliminated his wife without witnesses. One steak for two is not convincing enough. I think it might be the situation when everyone in the country knows who he is and he is punished by loneliness, and loses his money on the lawyers, but is never convicted.

JBR's case is a good example of the situation when the country, approximately, can guess what has happened, when no one ends up punished, but in a way, everyone is. Although JBR's case is more of a tragic misfortune, while BM's one is evil, planned murder.
The really dumb thing he did was talk and talk to the police. Those interviews are going to be his undoing now that her toxicology is known. The drugs were the thread that ties the whole story together and police have that story out of Barry's own mouth in those interviews.

his most recent squeeze, whoever that will be at the time..

Remember that day, YEARS ago, when there was a flurry if activity, and it felt like This Was It, arrests of minions? False alarm. And then remember that day when Barry was arrested and This Was It? Then released, then dismissed (without prejudice).

I remember those days. I could use a day like that. And one that sticks this time. Cuff, cuff. Book 'im, Dano.

Felony Friday, Felony February, knock, knock, 3 AM.

I hope Barry feels the pressure.

You may recall that one of Stanley’s violations involved speaking to a reporter about a baby killer who also sexually assaulted his own mother.

Judge Turner, who Stanley ran against as DA, shockingly dismissed the charges. At the time, I said that he was guaranteed to strike again. Well, now he has. Hopefully the appeals court overturns that ruling, and he pays the price for his latest offense as well.

Baby killer beat my prediction. I think I gave him 90 days and it only took 6 weeks following Judge Turner dismissing his murder charge (Turner let him walk out of jail on PR bond months prior to murder charge dismissal).

His defense is claiming self-defense, and since the woman (Crawford) being choked here was his gf (dead baby's mother) who refused to talk to police, he'll probably walk again if Turner presides over his case. MOO

I can't agree more. Barry went way out of his way to 'over splain' things, creating many wild and detailed story's.
IMO Barry thought he was successfully outsmarting Grusing at every turn...I think not.
BM was just digging a bigger and bigger hole for himself.

Bury's problem now is that he need to remember EVERY detail of EVERY lie. Good Luck with that.

Yes, but there is another scenario. If Barry thinks the BAM will sink his case and he can’t imagine spending the rest of his life in prison:
… Before the trial, he commits suicide.
… He leaves a suicide note proclaiming his innocence and the reason for his suicide is that he has constantly been hounded by the court system … ruining his reputation, taking his time and taking his life savings until life is no longer worth living. Finally, “I will always love and respect Suzanne and hope that her killer is found and punished!”
Just like Fotis Dulos did. But still everyone knew Fotis was just a coward who knew that once he was in jail ( his bail was being rescinded) he was never getting out.
So he writes a self serving letter to the tune of “ there is just so much an innocent man can take” and fires up the car with a hose pumping exhaust inside it.
Out of money, out of hope, busted. Fotis the cowardly wife murderer.

Do you think of someone, who would benefit from BM learning, how to give teenagers an or..sm? Then I have no name, but the answer would be: a teen from IN. Just acc. to his taste. MOO

Barry dug a bigger and bigger hole for himself but did not dig one big enough for SM....finding the body with BAM will be his undoing. That and all of his stupid stories, 85 chipmunks, 1 plate 2 plates, turkey, elk, saw of horns, etc.

Most shocking thing about that story: he was still living with the mother of the child he allegedly killed.

..aye.. and she'll try finding a way to blame Linda Stanley for this too..

Turner is responsible for the decisions she made that led to this.
There were a million options available to her at the time which did not involve setting psychoboy free to kill again.

She made her choices, now she must pay the price.

I keep checking in, hoping to see that specific update.
I'd love to see the case re-filed by Kelly tomorrow! But I am very sure DA Kelly will wait to see the judge's decision on motions to dismiss (on the grounds of immunity) filed in Morphew's civil suit. If any of the claims remain after that decision, she will want to see what Morphew's responses are to interrogatories, requests for admission, requests for documents, and deposition questions.

My question if the case moves forward is, will the civil defendants offer to include questions Kelly might want answered, to fill in her mosaic of evidence (some call it a "wall of evidence") and to lock Morphew into a story told under oath? And how will she respond to that offer?

Unfortunately, all that will take time to resolve even if the civil case is dismissed. Fortunately, there is no statute of limitations on murder. And, if Colorado passes the no-bond-for-murderers amendment to the state constitution by the time he's charged, he probably won' t be able to bond out while the new case is pending.
