NamUs released an additional postmortem (and a higher quality version of the previous) and an image of her keys.
The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
I'd read her DNA was listed as "insufficient" before NamUs changed to conceal the availability of identifiers. Perhaps this means they got a better sample.
She finally got a NCMEC rendering. New details of case listed in this article.

Inside the Evidence: Irondequoit Jane Doe
I kind of see a resemblance to Phyllis Brewer, who disappeared in June 1981. Don't know if the circumstances match up, since it sounds like she was abducted. She also had reddish blond hair, which might conflict with Jane Doe's.
I'm kind of wondering now if Samuel Little is even credible. In the past, other serial killers like John Wayne Gacy and Gary Ridgway have been stated to "play" investigators. I don't doubt he's a killer, yet the extent of his crimes seems a bit far-fetched.
I sent this to the Doe Network back when someone commented on the Unidentified Wiki in May 2018. I'm hoping law enforcement can at least compare the two cases because the two are quite similar.
Unfortunately, I have no idea who she was. Nothing is listed on the DN or NamUs, so it's possible she was recovered. In a Forensic Files episode about the Nuyhuis case, the woman's eyes were blocked out, also implying this.
I found this 1998 article about the connection to Donna Manson. It's interesting. But part of me does question if the remains belong to her. Donna was only 5'0" and the remains are stated to be 5'7." Quite a difference, if you ask me. The date of death estimated for the remains is between 1976...
Since there was no rendering created for the decedent, I made my own. I attempted to call the medical examiner a few months ago to request a NCMEC listing but couldn't get through. It's not perfect, but I feel it's a decent placeholder until a better one is created. Here it is:
