GUILTY Australia - Lisa Harnum, 30, killed in 15-storey fall, Sydney, 30 July 2011 #1

Sadly, I think she might have been concious because of the account the neighbour and witnesses gave. I read that she heard two screams; one coming from inside and the last one, she said, sounded like it came from outside. Also a labourer working nearby heard what he thought was a bird...

Even if they did seize everything I think SG would have made sure that any incriminating evidence was completely destroyed. <modsnip>

Judge Judy I came to the same conclusion. I was surprised by how young she sounded in her mentality and attitude. It's also surprising that they have known each other for 5 years, it shows how private and hidden domestic abuse really is. IMO their relationship at the moment is based on SG...

I think that when Lisa confided in her counsellor and personal trainer she described it as bulimia. When the psychiatrist took the stand, she stated that in her opinion Lisa was anorexic. Surely she can see straight through him. SG's behaviour throughout this trial has been unbelievably...

Yes, They'll get you, in addition to 'it was Gods will'.

I found Stricklands comment to the judge urging her to 'not be swayed by sympathy for Lisa's family', an odd thing to say. She is a high court judge for Gods sake. I highly doubt she bases her decisions on her emotions. It came across as condescending and I wonder if he would have made that...

Agree 100% marlywings! I would also add that if a relationship becomes abusive, don't let on that you are leaving in any way. Pretend that everything is 'normal' and then when the abuser is distracted, GET OUT!! I noticed a few posts questioning what SG did for a living and how he could afford...
