LE from Florida would be present at an autopsy in Georgia, and I can see the ME from FL attending as well.

That said, since LE was following trucks, I can see easily what MommaD said, that they could have requested no compaction. I think they told us exactly how many trucks there were at one point earlier in the case didn't they?

The thing is, other bodies and body parts have been found in dumps, presumably having also gone through compaction. But they are still recognizable as human remains.

In reference to dna, the Adam Walsh bill does state that SO's have to turn in dna upon registration. Ok. Now that bill is a 2006 bill. Think about how many RSO's there are in Florida. I am willing to bet that there is a backlog on actually RUNNING the dna of many, if not most, of the RSO's...

That's what I wanted to know. And some of them have warrants out for not registering. I know they have to notify the court, but aren't they at least initially automatically registered (upon conviction) so that they'll be on the site whether they are compliant or not?
