IMO, if BM is involved and the only person involved, there's a hard limit on how far away SM can reasonably be from her house, especially given the last known contact. Assume, I guess that she wasn't at home for that, there's the suspect statement from BM that he saw her at 5am that morning...
IMO, an interesting fact is that SM hasn't been found. There seems to be an information or knowledge gap with that. If BM is innocent (or not directly involved), that would make some sense. If he is directly involved, that tells me that LE is not aware of all his movements during the times of...
Is there any way to tell if this upcoming guardianship hearing is nothing more that just verifying that all of the transactions that required the first one were satisfied?
IMO, LE likely knows what and why. They don’t know everything, or SM would have been found. I’m guessing they are doing everything in their power to find her. I hope they do, and bring the family closure, and her justice. And, I sure don’t like the idea of the perp having a bargaining chip. All MOO.
@mumu After I made the post you quoted, but before you quoted it, I readjusted my thinking (another post of mine alludes to that). I'm going to try to explain within the context of the sandbox.
BM's behavior has been a big puzzle to me (and, apparently to others here). Main concern was what...
Wasn’t implying anything really. IMO, if not true, could just as easily been something that was told to BM and he believed. Could very well be true as well. Guys BS all the time. Doesn’t really have any bearing on the case. MOO.
There's no ambiguity with one fact in this case: BM's behavior. He is clearly avoiding anything that puts him in the spotlight. Is he innocent? Is he guilty? Is he both innocent and guilty? A lot of other things in this case can be at least plausibly explained. The behavior cannot. Whatever the...
Thank you. BBM: I don't understand quit claiming, but would that be public record, or could it be cloaked under the Guardianship? Somewhat thinking out loud, I will research. All MOO.
I still feel like this was a legal thing that had to be taken care of, and currently don't read much into it. Innocent or guilty, I'm guessing BM was none to pleased with the timing of it. MOO.
BBM: Ugh. It's either "too soon "or "I'm too busy" with this group. Cripes, this isn't a business transaction. There's a coldness going on here that bothers me. All MOO.
