I am still open to this, and personally welcome thoughts and ideas on it. One thing that would help, is a valid explanation of BM's behavior. Currently, I'm in the camp that he was involved. I could be swayed with some interesting ideas. Keep 'em coming :)
IMO, the basic answer is that he is not innocent. What would interest me, is what things do they want to discuss with him, and which agency or agencies would this involve? Are they trying to get him physically close enough to get a DNA sample? I think there is a chess match going on here. MOO.
In the context of the current case, worried that he may have been spotted during the course of his "activities". Beyond that, around 2017 or so, he seems to have dropped out of any pictures, and to some extent, out of sight. As to the why for that, I have no idea. I think it's significant though.
Forgive me, I have had a lot of coffee this morning, and I'm chattering like a squirrel. Most thinking around this, is that he wanted to do this. What motives are opened up if in instead of wanting to do it, it was a need to do it? One thing that comes to mind is silence. Did SM stumble on some...
Speaking for myself, the 26 second video is interesting. There is definite lack of effort towards finding SM, however I got the sense there was an effort to alter his facial appearance. It sure looked like a contrived face to me, and not necessarily contrived to express concern. The face...
With regards to a financial motive, there's a lack of information that causes me to go in circles. Missing for me is, the source of money in the family, and the need to know more about BM.
At a superficial go at it, it's tempting to say "he was about to lose his money tree, and wasn't going to...
An interesting question with this would be, was the abrupt text ending reported to the police before she was reported missing? That might explain the strong initial LE response. MOO.
I'm curious to hear what peoples top "puzzlers" are in this case. I have 3 primary ones:
The initial and immediate response of LE. A very strong and fast reaction. This really stands out to me, and why?
The complete silence from all involved. That is starting to change a bit, but what's the...
Agree, that is a strong contender. I seesaw with it. While it may be premeditated, it has a look and feel of “this person has to go, and now” - with all the risk that would entail. Another female, maybe? Like some others, I feel this would have surfaced by now. The motive is a puzzler at the...
Two thoughts:
1: I totally get where you are coming from, and much appreciate the legal input. You're someone I would want on my side, if I ever needed it. People need protection of their rights and due process.
2: I have recently come to the conclusion that this case is a "situation". I think...
