AL - Paighton Houston, 29, left bar with 2 men, Birmingham, 20 Dec 2019 *arrests* #6

I think in the case of some younger people, it's family or parents that hire the lawyer - possibly without much input from the person.

I’ve kind of wondered why he wasn’t kept under surveillance, but maybe a resource issue.

I feel that he is dangerous, and should have been kept under surveillance. Makes me think something came to light today that made him more interesting than he had been initially. MOO.

One thought: why specifically today to announce this? Test results come through? DNA?

Found Deceased AL - Paighton Houston, 29, left bar with 2 men, Birmingham, 20 Dec 2019 #5

MOO: I think FH had to be directly involved, and it was more than an OD situation. You would think 20 years in prison for the crimes he committed, that he would have run from that, as opposed to disposing of an OD'd person. I hope they catch him soon.

Found Deceased AL - Paighton Houston, 29, left bar with 2 men, Birmingham, 20 Dec 2019 #4

MOO: With the current information available (which isn't a lot), this really seems like a crime of opportunity. I would not be totally surprised that even if drugs were involved, it was ancillary to what happened. IMO, somewhere during that confusing night, one or more people took advantage of...

This is the direction I am leaning in. Not knowing the COD could mean a number of things.

Just a thought that "in trouble" might mean fear of relapsing. MOO.

IF this was not premeditated, cell information of any person(s) of interest now or in the future should reveal a lot (if they had a cell phone). At least up to the point where “something happened”. Even more telling would be if their phones (individually or collectively) stopped pinging at a...

TX - Heidi Broussard, 33 Found Deceased, & Margo Carey, 2 weeks, Found Alive Austin, 12 Dec 2019 #7

MOO, I think many of the people that thought they knew her are licking their wounds right now.

Found Deceased UT - MacKenzie "Kenzie" Lueck, 23, Salt Lake City, 17 June 2019 #8

I really wonder about her state of mind. What if the apparent outcome of her meeting with this guy, was mutually agreed upon?

OH - Pike County: 8 people from one family dead as police hunt for killer(s) #2

For what it's worth, I think there may be something to who was not killed. It could be seen as anyone who was old enough to talk was targeted, the rest left alone.

IMO, I've seen nothing to this point that excludes him.

Means, motive, opportunity. I feel that it's all there in some way, shape or form, just waiting to be all tied together. IMO, there are some clever people involved with this, but as is usually the case, not as clever as they think. This will be solved, I'm confident of that.

I'm still leaning towards the fact that whomever did this, was clear headed, logical, and knew exactly what they were doing. There have been a lot of good, well thought out accident scenarios put forth, but I'm still not convinced. So, for me, it was either a crime related to someone being angry...

My current thinking is, that whomever it was that night, it was someone who was not messed up, and who was thinking clearly. Either one of the POI individuals that had not partied that night, or a stranger.

Theories we have regarding Kyron's disappearance

I have been away from this one for awhile now. On a whim, I asked myself what stood out in my mind, looking back on the information. For whatever reason, the one thing I remember that I could never shake, is when TH said "I did everything he asked me to" (in reference to husband). I can't find...

    IN - Lauren Spierer, 20, Bloomington, 03 June 2011 - #19

In my own mind, this is one of the main questions I would like to have answered. Why were they even there to begin with? This is one area where cell phone records from that night would be useful.

    IN - Lauren Spierer, 20, Bloomington, 03 June 2011 - #19

FWIW, I have not eliminated JW from my list. Also, in my mind, even if he was home all night, that only eliminates him from *direct* involvement. It could still be quite possible that (were something going on with some of the POI individuals), that he knew precisely what was going on, and was an...

    IN - Lauren Spierer, 20, Bloomington, 03 June 2011 - #19

Doesn't make him innocent or guilty of anything at all, but here's what's *not* in this interview: "I miss Lauren" Any plea at all for information as to her whereabouts or what happened to her. Sympathy for the parents. Given his age, I'm not sure if this means anything about him...
