Strange stuff. I dreamed about A Wright last night. It's not the first time I've dreamed of this case, but I hope it's the last.
She was roaring my name outside my house, over and over. I went to the window, told her to stop shouting and asked who the hell she was. She looked at me as if I was...
Statement analysis is intriguing, plus I like Peter Hyatt. I also like Richard Halls' videos, very informative for anyone who doesn't know the case well.
I step away from this case for long periods of time now as I get sooo frustrated with it all, but I always do come back to it.
It would have made sense for the State to put Sandra on the stand immediately before MP, in sequence as to how the day actually played out. A natural progression to lead from Sandra's testimony straight into MP's. It's totally disjointed to do otherwise.
The texts are in evidence in...
@jypsijemini I saw your link on the Sievers thread. I've followed this case from the off, was admin on one of the biggest sites for years until I got sick of the trolling.
I'll be following this thread, good work!
I tried to post this in the trial thread, but Beach is too fast for me.
Keep the faith, guys. I'm no Niner, I am rubbish at copying over emojis, so just imagine this is a group hug. (((x)))
Carrie Kain will be a big witness for the State. I've listened to her testimony a good few times over...
Not at all. Some here when this forum started saw Sievers' stepmother in photo's etc., back then, but still need a refresher on who's who. Plus there's always people new to the case.
I tried to quote you both, didn't work.
I remember one of the potential jurors had a problem with sleep apnoea. Not sure what the outcome of that was (selected or not), so wondering if this could be that person.
Wow, I was not expecting Wright!
The look on MS' face - the evil twins meet again. Ugh!! Is this a good move, so early into the trial ... ?
(Hi everyone. Dropped my laptop Mon night, an understanding comp doc took pity on me & I got it back this morning. Thank heavens for Youtube. Glad...
I get it's disruptive to life, but they do not need a potential juror who's upset at missing a play, at this stage.
It's also maybe time to address the finance issue. Not many can afford a loss of earnings, especially for up to five weeks.

I don't see why it would, she has nothing to add to the prosecution of MS. Her only contact with him was socializing at Wright's wedding (as far as evidence goes). Thankfully.
I felt sorry for Taylor, but she wasn't the witness I imagined she'd be. I was taken aback how strongly some...
I tried multi-quoting you and @Arachne 1 ' posts, not sure what I'm doing wrong.
You both give good insight! I always imagined the park was across from Jarvis. For some reason I pictured it diagonally across and up the street from the house. Wondering where on earth I got that from? But ...
I didn't come on here last night. It's getting on to late evening where I am, when trial day ends.
Wright's quiet manner and husky voice might make more of an impact on the Jury. I hope. I was sick at the opening statements when Hunter said Teresa fought back, but only because I knew she was...
Fitzgeorge was pretty unprofessional, lost her temper a bit and implied she was being called a liar.
It's already up. Skip to the last 25 minutes, the majority of the 3+ hours is the seal anyway.
Seriously frustrating trial day. Not surprised the Judge got a bit arsey, but he's not the best at hiding his feelings either. I can only imagine what a joint trial would've been like.
On another note. MS made an appearance this morning, for a short discussion on his approximate trial date...

One hit (from CWW) is what stuck in my mind. I'm trying to remember, was that maybe from his Proffer with the plea agreement?
Hunter painted a different picture from what I imagined went down with CWW. Wright struck the first blow - and second and third. That will be significant to...
