I know that advertisers and networks want viewers and the longer a trial and jury goes on, the more money they make especially if they have a lot of viewers. So, they are somewhat selling us their opinions for a pay check and for more advertising dollars. So, its up to us to sort through it all...
Someone will have to give us the regulations on how new prisoners are handled in your state. In my state, before permanent incarceration, you are sent to a processing center. That stay is usually months. Then you are assigned a prison site. And transported there.

Here in my area, it is 14-16 year olds who are stealing KIA cars and smashing them into local business store fronts to steal whatever they can. Every community has its own unique culture.

Criminal history. Limits employment options. Social relationships, etc. And if a person is depressed, typically you should not be armed. Pretty obvious to me.

Yes, but he was not a child at that time. He was a grown man without a real life before his mother died. There was something very wrong imo about this scenerio.
I am not a hunter and know little about guns and shooting targets. But why did it take so many shots for the victims to be killed? Was that overkill or does it just take so many blasts? This sounds so awful.
