You’re incorrect. For that model Lexus SUV, the LED bulbs in the tail light are RED. There are YouTube videos demonstrating the exact same tail light and what it looks like when the red lens is broken off. It still shines red because the bulb is red. IMO
My first post about this case- I am convinced Proctor had someone plant pieces of tail light on the 29th because Karen’s tail light was more or less intact when she left John’s driveway at 5:08 a.m. The tail light is red all the way across.

I guess what I’m really saying is that I would have been much more confident in a guilty verdict if the jury had come to that decision after hearing all of the evidence that was improperly (IMO) excluded.
I’m not even talking about Odinism.
And the jury may well have come to the same verdict if the defense had been allowed to put on their case. But IMO it was reversible error to exclude it all whole cloth.
There will certainly be some lively appeals, and unfortunately for the state, the defense has better grounds for appeal than most cases. I fear we may be doing this all again.
I still have some trouble with this verdict, but I admit I’m probably biased towards my own perception. I can see how the jury came to a guilty verdict, but I wonder if it might come out differently if the defense had been allowed evidence of third party suspects.
