When the QPS interviewed TMcH didn't they ask to see her phone and she told them she had deleted material from her iphone and email accounts and also deleted her email accounts altogether...At that stage did the QPS remove her phone or not?...If so, wouldn't all the data deleted be available to...

Yes I recall it being a local who overheard it as well. Unsure as to who he was overheard speaking with but thought it was someone well-known in the community ??

Unsure if OW would have known back then being so religious, but I feel certain the B C seniors would have known for some time. It appeared to be common knowledge in certain circles. Didn't someone say on here that they had overheard him telling someone at either the school fete or fund raising...

Personally I felt that TM's performance on the witness stand could have all been an act. I realize by all the reports she appeared very distressed and said things like 'I loved him' etc etc, but she also managed to plant many incriminating seeds against him. I believe she would have loved him...

I can easily imagine an argument ensuing the way you say over the conference and with TM going to be there, but I cannot fathom how everything took place from there with the little girls being in the house. Beyond me...
