I'm sure that angle has been explored, but I'd like to think that as with most suicides, they are found fairly quickly in a familiar place. Considering how close he was to his aunt, I would hate to think that he would kill himself AND do it in a place where he would go undiscovered for so long...
I do see a lot online who say he does, and then those who know him say he doesn't. Having personal recognition of someone can alter how you see them, though. Know what I mean? I'm sure I see Brian differently than how those who know him do as well.
Okay, that is the video that I was thinking of a few pages back where a picture is shown in the video of him and Stacey that night in Union - either from snapchat or just a random selfie. You can make out a bit of his flannel shirt, although the image quality isn't great.
I know that residential in that area is in the black zone, which is Thursdays (until it rotates again after the next holiday). That doesn't mean it's the same for businesses, though, which have private dumpsters. The dumpsters in the complex where I live are not emptied on the same day as the...
The "I'm driving" was in the myfox28 link posted way back on pg1 or pg2. I believe it was also in an early broadcast on local ch6 news. It had seemed to disappear from the reports, however a friend of his at the search confirmed for me that it did happen, though knew no other details about it...
I feel like in the case of a missing person, literally everything should be shared with the investigators because you never know what leads to a discovery/recovery. If I were missing, I'm not sure I'd care what was being rifled through to find me. So thank you for sharing that. Sometimes it's...
Just for clarification sake because I don't want readers getting confused - was using gray as just a generic color example. Joey's shirt that night was blue (another color with many shades/tones). Have gray on the brain, apparently.
To reiterate, he was wearing: brown,off-white with...
I seem to recall seeing one or two on one of the tv broadcasts. But even if I am wrong in that, it's still not out of the realm of possibility that they had additional info on the shirt that made the cop dismiss it that quickly. They would want to tell the public 'look for a gray shirt' so...
Thank you for this. No one knows what this feels like until it happens to you, even indirectly (as is the case with me - I only knew him casually through work and not a day has gone by where I haven't shed tears over him). People sometimes turn to mindless distractions just as a way to cope...
CPD solve rate for missing persons is actually quite high, somewhere around 90% the last time I looked.
Also, re: the shirt. It's possible it was easily dismissed because there are 100 different shades/tones of gray and if he had looked at the snapchat photos provided by the cousin, knew at...
This one?
12:32am - Male appeared to be in distress at business on Sunbury Rd. and stated he witnessed a crime in Columbus Police jurisdiction. CPD officers transported the man to further investigate.
Channel 6 news 6pm broadcast did a segment on today's searched and said, "police are following up on some areas of interest." That tells me one or more groups must have found something that the police deemed worthy of additional investigation.
