Her father and her siblings. He was not part of the abuse. When she comes home it will be to her dad. I would imagine DCS has already checked him out. She also has 5 older siblings who have homes.

Wow so they could be doing that. It was cold last week but the weather hasn't been as bad this week in the 30s last night but if they have blankets they would be fine.

They haven't stated they were suing. By their statement their focus is on bringing ET home. However his lawyer gave an interview to local news because everyone here has been curious if he would sue. Whatley was only stating the law and the cap. Her father may not sue he has never stated one way...
They could they generally have a light in them. I've not seen one with windows but they have the bay door. Anytime I went to ours it was deserted. Sometimes someone is in the office. Most of the time to rent it you call and meet at the unit. Takes an ID and about 70 dollars for a large one also...
Heartbreaking... it was very nice of them to add the statement about the school system and they are correct everyone needs to unify and bring ET home. That's all that matters right now.

They could have handled this situation a whole lot better IMO after they were alerted. They even lied on the 1 st timeline they released. I understand he deceived them all but after they knew they still didn't take it seriously.

I read her Father is capped at 300,000 if he does decide to pursue a lawsuit. His lawyer has stated they are trying to change that law in the future

I'm speechless the school is allowing this after everything that has happened. On FB in the comments from the article a lot of parents are talking about their kids being bullied also and no action being taken.

Lots of storage units all over TN. Are you talking about the kind you rent per month and store furniture etc? Some have gates and codes to get in but a lot don't. A few are indoors also.

Yep in smaller areas here you take what you can get. Its not uncommon for teacher's adult kids to substitute if needed. The rules are lax in rural areas.

Seems TC has quite a few people trying to defend him. Wish they would support ET instead. She needs to know she's safe and people want her home IMO

We went to his classroom a whole bunch because thats where the other kids went and my sister, and she is my best friend, so I went with her, Sarah Thomas said.
Sarah Thomas said she heard Cummins tell stories with other students about being in the FBI, CIA and Secret Service.

Its discussed in an article as well let me see if I can find a link. Maybe that will clear it up. But yes he was talking about the picture of Tad and ET at school.

Destany Parrish says when she was at Culleoka Unit School, her health sciences teacher Tad Cummins was not just an educator and a mentor, she also considered him a close friend.
"I know that I trusted him with everything that I had when I was in school," Parrish said.
Parrish's parents were...
And after all thought they still didn't take her father seriously at first when he told them they had run off together.
