In my experience you need an account to use library internet, which requires you to get a library card, which requires ID and proof of address. Just my experience in using library internet, but it was definitely traceable.

Also if we're talking about being a flight risk, there's no trail or jury for that. The state will ask for remand due to flight risk and judge will decide. It's not a trial for bail/bond. It's set fast by the judge.

Yes this! I have a degree in outdoor Ed. I have guided. I ran outdoor Ed trips with young adults and youth. I wouldn't call myself an expert, nor do I see any signs of outdoorsmanship in BL. That has been bothering me!!

Registered to a company that does military contracts, but also mosquito control. It's flying the right pattern pattern and alt for mosquito control, so that is my guess, but we can still hope they're doing something better.
