an NDA is not illegal and that was established in court. However, falsifying financial records to cover up a sexual tryst to win an election is illegal. I believe the prosecution proved their case, but all it takes is one juror hold out.

Disassociation, when one “blacks out” or physiologically removes oneself from an unpleasant experience. Not associated with drug, alcohol or other substance abuse. Basically, you’re caught in a traumatic or vulnerable situation and you dissociate ie blackout. Real stuff

Absolutely will. This happened in Houston, narcotics team raided a home and killed two occupants and their dog. was leaned that the lead officer lied to get the warrant. many cases he was working were dismissed and more being reviewed...

I’m so heartbroken for this young man and his family, especially his mom. I believe he was running home to his mom. He had his mother’s name tattooed on his arm.

The first video of the stop was not clear, but…. That pole cam video sealed it for me. There was a point towards the end where it appears the officers realize they are being recorded via pole cam, IMO. It appeared several flashlights directed to the pole cam and the officers began moving away...

Agreed. I’m pretty sure LE would have confiscated his personal Van shoes as evidence. he would not be tromping around the jail in his personal vans when a shoe print was left at the CS. some jails do issue Vans or knock off type vans to inmates, with no strings- slip on shoes
